Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing sol used for light catalysis coating on polymer is provided, thereby blocking ultraviolet rays and self-purifying the polymer. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing sol comprises the steps of: mixing TEOS, H2O, ethanol, HCl in a mole ratio of 1:2:40:0.01; mixing TiCl4 solution with distilled water at 1 deg. C and stirring the mixture for 2 hours; dialyzing the mixture using MWCO: 6-8000; and inserting the dialyzed solution into rotary evaporator and evaporating it under reduced pressure. The polymer is coated with light catalysis by dipping and spraying method using SiO2 sol and TiO2 sol sequentially.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A catalyst is provided to increase the usage of light to wave site of visible ray in a photochemical reaction, also to change the speed of recombination of a pair of electric charges. CONSTITUTION: Doping metal ions have oxidation/reduction between band gap of energy of TiO2. Then, the doping metal ions are for changing the speed of recombination of a pair of electric charges by acting the metal ions as an electron or a trap site in a lattice. Also, the ions are for playing a role of increasing the usage of sunlight as using the light to the visible ray in a photochemical reaction by lowering the band energy.

PURPOSE: A direct contact mobile photocatalytic reaction apparatus is for photograph printing wastewater treatment with a plurality of direct contact type single photoreactors through irradiation of ultraviolet rays on the photograph printing wastewater to activate photocatalytic reactions and cause decomposition of the wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A direct contact mobile photocatalytic reaction apparatus com price:a reaction chamber(5) provided with 10-20 direct contact type single reactors(1); a wastewater storage tank(2) for stirring a slurry type photocatalytic and the wastewater with a stirrer(2) and supplying the photocatalytic and the wastewater to an entrance of the reactors(12) by a pump(4); and a pH controller(3) for controlling the pH value of the wastewater stored in the wastewater storage tank(2).
