PURPOSE: A method for changing the protocol parameter of a mobile communication system is provided to optimize the operation of each protocol hierarchy by considering an upper protocol hierarchy in case of the second protocol hierarchy parameter changing of a mobile terminal and a base station. CONSTITUTION: The application hierarchy of a mobile terminal provides protocol parameter setting information to the second hierarchy of the mobile terminal(201). The second hierarchy of the mobile terminal sets a message for a parameter changing request based on the protocol parameter setting information(203). The second hierarchy of the mobile terminal transmits the parameter changing request message to the second hierarchy of a base station(205).

LTE(Long Term Evolution) 시스템의 기지국에서의 스케줄링에 관한 것으로, 다수의 사용자 단말에 대한 채널 품질을 고려하여, 공통 서치 공간의 집합 레벨을 결정하는 단계; 상기 결정되는 집합 레벨에 따라 하향링크 제어채널의 후보 수 및 상기 공통 서치 공간 할당이 필요한 메시지 수를 파악하여, 상기 하향링크 제어 채널의 후보 수에 맞게 상기 메시지들 중 일부를 선택하는 단계; 및 상기 선택된 메시지에 대해 상기 하향링크 제어채널과 하향링크 물리자원을 할당하여 스케줄링을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하향링크 제어채널 자원을 고려한 기지국에서의 스케줄링 방법에 의해 서로 다른 단말의 하향링크 스케줄링 할당 정보 및 상향 링크 스케줄링 할당 정보가 물리적 하향링크 제어채널 자원을 공유하는 상황에서 물리계층 제어 채널 자원을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 하향링크 제어채널 자원을 고려한 기지국 스케줄링 방안을 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A downlink control channel process apparatus and method thereof are provided to enable a terminal to process the decoding of downlink control channels and to reduce the number of PDCCH decoding operations. CONSTITUTION: A CCS(Component Carrier Set) setting up unit(110) sets up CCS(Component Carrier Set) capable of downlink or uplink scheduling. An ACCS(Active Component Carrier Set) setting unit(120) sets up ACCS including one or more carriers including the CCS. A PDCCH processing unit(130) decodes downlink control information in a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel). The PDCCH processing unit obtains downlink control information of the carriers.

PURPOSE: A data multiplexing method for supporting bandwidth extension and an apparatus thereof are provided to release the allocated resource and multiplex data without the waste of the allocated resource. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(410) receives information for a specific service including a radio bearer list transmitted from a base station through the resources allocated according to the uplink resource allocation information about a service specific identifier. The wireless communication unit transmits multiplexed data multiplexed to the base station. A controller(420) multiplexes data on the radio bearer list. A storage(430) stores data of the radio bearer except data of the radio bearer list.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A handover control method and a system with considering a wireless link quality are provided to supply to minimize a transferring error. CONSTITUTION: A wireless link quality measurement is required as a mobile station terminal(S10). A wireless link measurement report message is received for answering to the demand(S20). A target base station is selected with reference to the received wireless link quality measurement report message. An optimal handover type is selected among a plurality of handover types according to the wireless link quality between the target base station and the serving base station and the mobile station terminal(S30).

PURPOSE: An IP mobility providing method which implements an IP mobility protocol on an SCTP layer is provided to enable efficient design and implementation of network equipment and mobile terminal by supplying IP mobility using signaling generated on the SCTP layer. CONSTITUTION: An IP(Internet Protocol) mobility protocol is constructed between an integrated gateway, which supports binding with mobile terminal and heterogeneous network, and one or more base stations and on a stream control transmission protocol(SCTP) layer of an interface protocol used between the base stations. The IP mobility protocol creates a signaling message for binding with the mobile terminal and network. The stream control transmission protocol layer includes at least one part of the signaling message in order to create a stream control transmission protocol packet. A binding update request or update result of the mobile terminal and the network is transceived through the stream control transmission protocol packet.

A local mobility management apparatus for total mobility management, a total mobility management method and a system thereof are provided to solve a synchronization problem related to transmission of a local domain mobility registration request message and a global domain mobility registration request message. A local domain mobility registration request message receiver receives a local domain mobility registration request message about a terminal from a movement access gateway(S305). A location registering unit registers a location according to the local domain mobility registration request message to inform the fact that the terminal is located in a management area of the movement access gateway(S306). A global domain mobility registration request message transmitting unit transmits the global domain mobility registration request message reporting the location registration to a home agent(S307).

A service platform device for service mobility and its interworking method are provided to guarantee continuity of a service by fetching information about a previous session when a user moves to a new service platform device or a device or a network is changed. A situation information management unit(210) detects and infers the current situation of a user(400) and performs a corresponding service initiation request. A service management unit(220) includes service profiles of each service of a service provider(100), and executes a service corresponding to the current situation of the user(400). A mobility management unit(230) stores and manages session information according to service movement of a user device.
