Abstract: 본 발명의 가시광 통신 장치는, 송신단말로부터 수신한 가시광 수신신호로부터 타겟 파장의 신호만을 필터링하는 타겟 신호 수신부; 타겟 파장의 신호의 특성을 이용하여 가시광 수신신호의 수신 품질을 판단하고, 수신 품질에 따라 타겟 파장과 상이한 파장을 갖는 하나 이상의 광원을 이용하여 가시적 신호를 생성하는 신호 생성부; 및 데이터가 전송되는 타겟 파장의 신호가 가시적 신호와 함께 송신되어 가시광 송신신호의 발광색이 변경되도록 하는 광신호 송신부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 가시광을 이용한 통신에서 사용자로 하여금 현재의 통신 품질을 색으로 인식 가능하게 하는 효과를 갖는다.
