The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing harmful traffic filtering information. More specifically, if an edge router of a second autonomous system (AS), which is positioned at the rear end, detects harmful traffic and sets up traffic filtering information, the edge router transmits the traffic filtering information to a first AS at the front end, from which the harmful traffic was transmitted, through a border gateway protocol (BGP), and then the corresponding first AS applies the received traffic filtering information to a related router. Therefore, harmful traffic can be blocked in advance at the front end from which the harmful traffic is transmitted. A method for guaranteeing the portability of a mobile node and an access routing device for providing data transmission path are provided to perform any-cast routing by setting a static IP of the mobile node to the access router. An address acquiring unit(110) acquires internet protocol address information of the mobile node from the mobile node. An address setting unit(120) sets up the obtained internet protocol address information as the anycast internet protocol address. A routing information transmitting unit(130) produces the routing information about the set up anycast internet protocol address. The generated routing information is delivered to the other router. A forwarding table forming method in a routing system of network in which IPv4 and IPv6 are mixed is provided to perform data forwarding in a routing system suitable for a tunneling technique. If IPv4(Internet Protocol version 4) tunnel source information exists in forwarding information, a next hop index is allocated(404). The tunnel source configuration information is recorded in the hardware address of the next hop table having next hop index(406). The tunnel flag information is set up(408).
