Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for restoring bottom up multi layer network based on a source failure analysis are provided to grasp the layer in which a source-failure is generated and perform restoration in a corresponding layer. CONSTITUTION: A root-cause analysis unit(34) grasps a layer in which root-cause is generated during an RA(Root-cause Analysis). If the root-cause is generated in a layer in which a communication device manages, a root-cause restoration unit(35) restores failure. If the root-cause is not generated in the layer in which the communication device manages, the failure restoration unit stands for an HO(Hold-Off) time to enable a failure to restore in the lower layer. Only if the failure is not restored, the failure restoring unit restores the failure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic path constitution system in a connection-oriented network and a method thereof are provided to setup an alternate route by determining the degree of error generation is fit for a predetermined route control policy. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting part(110) collects state information related with a route from a network system to a terminal. A condition determination part(120) determines whether the alternate route setup condition is satisfied based on the collected state information.
