Abstract:
The present invention relates to a read sequence alignment method and a read sequence alignment apparatus using the same and, more specifically, to a method for aligning a read sequence with respect to a reference genome using a seed and a read sequence alignment apparatus using the same. The read sequence alignment apparatus according to the present invention comprises a seed creating unit for creating seeds from read sequences; a duplicate seed removal unit for searching duplicate seeds among the seeds, indexing the seeds based on information on the duplicate seeds and generating a seed set obtained by removing the duplicate seeds from the seeds; a seed alignment unit for aligning the seed set with respect to the reference genome; and a read sequence alignment unit for aligning the read sequences with respect to the reference genome by referring to the index result of the seeds and the alignment result of the seed set. The read sequence alignment method and the read sequence alignment apparatus using the same according to the present invention can perform efficient calculation using correlation among the seeds.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a medication service terminal and a method of monitoring the same, more particularly, to a method of monitoring the medication state of a plurality of users. The medication service terminal in accordance to the present invention comprises: a situation judgment module which judges a medication situation with reference to a medication providing schedule and a terminal state that are provided from a server; and an output module which determines a medication service corresponding to the medication situation and provides the determined medication service in a form that a user can sense. A communication with the server is established when the situation judgment module receives a medication providing schedule from the server. According to the aforementioned embodiment of the present invention, a medication monitoring service can be effectively provided to a large number of users. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A microstrip patch antenna and an operation method thereof including a plat type meta material are provided to control the length of an inter-digital capacitor by inserting a meta material unit cell structure to a microstrip patch antenna. CONSTITUTION: A conductor patch(120) is formed in an upper side of a dielectric substrate. The conductor patch includes a feeding line(110) and an inter-digital capacitor(130). The patch controls an electric size of an antenna by controlling the length of an inter-digital capacitor. The capacitance of an antenna increases according to the increase of the inter-digital capacitor. The size of the patch is controlled for the impedance matching of the antenna. An operation frequency of the antenna is converted by controlling the size of the patch. [Reference numerals] (110) Feeding line; (120) Patch; (130) Inter-digital capacitor; (140) CSRR slot; (150) Ground surface; (AA) Feeding
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A medicine taking management system and method thereof are provided to notify medicine taking information to a user according to a medicine taking schedule by receiving the medicine taking schedule corresponding to the ID(Identity) code of a prescription from a medicine taking management server. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(110) transmits and recognizes the ID code of the issued prescription. The user terminal receives a medicine taking schedule corresponding to the transmitted ID code. The user terminal notifies the medicine taking information to a user according to the received medicine taking schedule. A medicine taking management server(130) creates the medicine taking schedule by receiving the transmitted ID code. A medicine taking support apparatus(120) supports the medicine taking information by providing medicine according to the medicine taking schedule.
