The present invention relates to a method for providing a video conference service by linking a plurality of multipoint conference units (hereinafter, referred to as ″MCUs″) of a video conference server. The method for providing a video conference service comprises the steps of performing control such that a video conference room is opened by an MCU in response to a request from a terminal; when the number of terminals requesting connection to the opened video conference room exceeds the total number of connectors, which can be accepted by the MCU, connecting one or more extra terminals to one or more other MCUs which can accept the extra terminals; and receiving a video and an audio from a terminal of a speaker and relaying the video and the audio to the two or more MCUs.

Provided is a method for providing content in a digital signage providing device by being connected with a mobile terminal. The method comprises the steps of: generating content to be played in a digital signage terminal and a schedule indicating a time when the content is to be played; converting the generated content into content for being connected with the mobile terminal to additionally generate the content; transmitting, to the digital signage terminal, the generated content together with the schedule; requesting the digital signage terminal to transmit content that is being played to the mobile terminal according to a request from the mobile terminal; and transmitting, to the mobile terminal, a mobile terminal version of the requested content by multicasting.

PURPOSE: An IPTV(Internet Protocol TeleVision) service control apparatus and content searching method using the same are provided to control an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) server and an IPTV through one interface by installing web based applications in a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A program creation module(121a) creates EPG by using content information. An interface module(121b) contacts to an IPTV terminal through a predetermined session and provides the EPG to the IPTV terminal through the session. The interface module searches content including keywords through a web browsing method by receiving the session from the IPTV terminal. The program creation module creates the EPG through user preference information.

A system and a method for seamlessly providing a real-time multimedia service are provided to seamlessly offer watched broadcasting contents by matching a property of a changed terminal even if a user changes the terminal during watching. A user database(130) stores information for the user and the available terminals(100,101) of the user. A control server(120) receives a terminal change request from the first terminal receiving the multimedia service, searches the available second terminal from the user database, and transmits multimedia information and service time information to the searched terminal. A broadcasting server(150) provides the multimedia information and the data after the time information to the changed terminal. A broadcasting portal server(140) provides the information of available broadcasting content to the terminal connected through an integrated broadband network(110) and provides server information for the contents selected in the terminal.
