PURPOSE: A method for processing an event related to complex situation information and a device thereof are provided to enable a developer to easily use a complex situation information recognition application service. CONSTITUTION: A subscription processing unit processes complex situation information corresponding to a complex situation information subscription request(610,620). A unit situation processing unit collects a unit situation and confirms whether or not unit situation data for the unit situation is different from previous unit situation data(630,640). When the unit situation data is different from the previous unit situation data, a complex situation information processing unit confirms whether or not complex situation information is subscribed by the subscription processing unit and confirms generation of a subscribed complex situation(650,660). PURPOSE: An open IPTV platform is provided to offer various telemedicine-related services by supplying content developing environment to a telemedicine service provider. CONSTITUTION: If a telemedicine service request is received from a counselor terminal(150), an API(Application Programming Interface) calling unit(132) calls an API of open IPTV platform. A service provider(134) offer the telemedicine service to a user using the called application programming interface. A measurement information storage unit(136) stores biometric signal measurement information of the user.

An apparatus and a method for providing IPTV service information are provided to supply a user the information for an IPTV service proper to a terminal performance and a service type by providing an IPTV service information control method which can be applied to a wired/wireless integrated network. List information by type is crated by classifying contents based on content information stored at a content profile(S310). When receiving an information request proper to the taste of a user from a terminal(S320), an IPTV service information providing device extracts the list information corresponding to the kinds of preferred contents(S330). The IPTV service information providing device filters the contents included in the list based on device information in the list information, and creates IPTV service information on the basis of created list information(S350).

A system for providing convergence services using a broadband convergence network and a method thereof are provided to enable a subscriber to select a desired service at any time and anywhere, without modifying an existing subscriber interface and regardless of network and terminal types, among variously manufactured convergence services as well as a communication/broadcasting convergence service and a network convergence service. A convergence service control system, connected with a plurality of service provider servers(110-140) which provide respectively different services and various kinds of terminals(300-1-300-3), comprises a convergence service directory(230), a service interface server(250), and a convergence service relay server(210). The convergence service directory(230) stores a list of servers based on the services that the service provider servers(110-140) provide. The service interface server(250) provides a preset subscriber interface environment, regardless of types of each subscriber's terminal. The convergence service relay server(210), if a subscriber is connected through a broadband convergence network through his/her terminal, transmits a service list. If the subscriber selects a desired convergence service, the convergence service relay server(210) confirms whether a service provider server which can provide the selected service exists in the server list. In case a service provider server for providing the selected service exists, the convergence service relay server(210) accesses the service provider server and provides the selected convergence service to the subscriber's terminal. If a service provider server which can provide the selected service doesn't exist in the server list, the convergence service relay server(210) manufactures the convergence service and provides it to the subscriber's terminal.

본 발명은 ATM 교환기에서 운용자를 위한 운용 명령어인 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 명령어를 이용하여 프레임 릴레이와 ATM 연동을 제어하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. ATM 연결 설정을 위해서는 ATM PVC(Permanent Virtual Connection) 연결을 추가해야 하는데, 연동이 필요한 프레임 릴레이 연결과 ATM PVC 연결의 연동을 추가하여 ATM 교환기에서 프레임 릴레이와 ATM이 연동되도록 해야 한다. 이러한 프레임 릴레이와 ATM 연동제어방법은 프레임 릴레이 연결, ATM 연결, 프레임 릴레이 연결과 ATM 연결의 연동 관리를 HMI 명령어로 제공함으로써 운용자로 하여금 관리의 편리성을 제공하였고, 프레임 릴레이 연결과 ATM 연결을 어떠한 제약없이 독립적으로 수행하고 연동시에만 해당 프레임 릴레이 연결과 ATM 연결을 연동시켜줌으로써 ATM 교환기를 관리하는 NMS(Network Management System)에서의 프레임 릴레이와 ATM 연동 제어의 관리 및 유지보수의 효율을 높였다. 특히, 프레임 형태로 전달되는 PSDN, LAN과 LAN 사설 망 그리고 인터넷 망의 가입자와 일대일 망 연동과 다대일 망 연동 및 서비스 연동을 지원하여 프레임 릴레이 가입자를 수용할 수 있도록 프레임 릴레이 서비스를 제공함으로써 ATM 교환기의 사용성을 높일 수 있다.

본 발명은 에이티엠(ATM) 기반 멀티 프로토콜 레이블 스위칭(MPLS) 상에서 작업 경로의 링크나 노드에 장애 발생시 트래픽의 우선 순위에 따라 차별화된 서비스를 지원하기 위한 경로 설정 및 복구 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, ATM 기반 MPLS 시스템 상에서 우선 순위가 높은 EF 서비스 트래픽의 경우 작업 경로의 기본 레이블 스위치 프로토콜(LSP) 연결 및 상기 작업 경로의 이중화 경로인 복구 LSP 연결을 설정하고, 우선 순위가 낮은 AF 또는 DF 서비스 트래픽의 경우 AF 또는 DF 서비스 트래픽에 대한 작업 경로의 기본 LSP 연결 및 작업경로의 우회 복구 경로인 복구 LSP 연결을 설정한다. 이와 같이 설정을 한 후, 링크 장애 발생시 EF 서비스 트래픽은 상기 설정된 복구 LSP 연결을 통하여 포워딩하고 AF 또는 DF 서비스 트래픽은 상기 기본 LSP 연결을 통하여 포워딩하여 경로를 복구한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 작업 경로의 링크나 노드에 장애 발생시 우선 순위가 높은 트래픽을 신속하고 신뢰성 높게 복구함으로써 트래픽의 서비스 품질을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 경로복구, 차별화 서비스, ATM, MPLS, 작업경로, 우선순위

본 발명은 개방형 ATM 교환 시스템(asynchronous transfer mode switching system) 및 그것을 위한 AAL2 ATM PVC(ATM Adaption Layer type2 Asynchronous Transfer Mode Permanent Virtual Circuit) 연결 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 개방형 ATM 교환 시스템은 미들웨어를 이용하여 운용자 명령어인 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 명령어를 수행하여 AAL2 ATM PVC 연결을 제어함으로써, AAL2를 지원하지 않았던 기존의 개방형 ATM 교환 시스템이 VOA(Voice Over ATM)를 사용하는 IMT2000과 같은 이동망에서 저속의 음성 트래픽에 대한 효율적인 대역 사용을 할 수 있도록 한다.

PURPOSE: A method for restarting ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) PVC connection in an open ATM switching system is provided to promptly restore connection information even if a switching system or work station is gone down. CONSTITUTION: If an AIM(ATM Interface Module) is gone down, a GSCCF(GSMP Slave Connection Control Function)(242) of an SMC(Switch Management Controller)(24) resets ATM PVC(Permanent Virtual Connection) with having connection information existing in a memory database. If the SMC(24) is gone down, the GSCCF(242) of the SMC(24) resets ATM PVC point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connection to the AIM with connection reset information and restores ATM PVC point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connection information in a database existing in the SMC(24). If a work station is gone down, a TMN(Telecommunication Management Network) agent(15) reconstructs an MIB(Management Information Base) with root and leaf connection information which are point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connection information searched for from a database of an ACC(ATM Call Controller).
