Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing polyhydroxyalkanoate from a saccharified solution of Hydrodictyaceae algal biomass is provided to cheaply saccharify and to produce biochemical products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing polyhydroxyalkyanoate from a saccharified solution of Hydrodictyaceae algal biomass comprises a step of saccharifying Hydrodictyaceae algal biomass and preparing a saccharified solution containing monosaccharides. The Hydrodictyaceae algae are selected from the group consisting of Hydrodictyon sp., Pediastrum sp., and Sorastrum sp. The saccharification is performed using a hydrolysis catalyst, a polysaccharide decomposition enzyme, or a mixture thereof. The polysaccharide decomposition enzyme is selected from the group consisting of cellulase, beta-glucosidase, beta-agarase, betas-gallactosidase, endo-1,4-beta-glucanase, alpha-amylase, beta-amylase, amyloglucosidase, alpha-D-glucosidase, beta-D-glucosidase, sucrase, maltase, isomaltase, and lactase. PURPOSE: A using method for a compound for simultaneously enhancing the production and product quality of an algae biomass is provided to control a harmful or competitive organism, to promote the growth of target algae, and to obtain a large amount of high quality algae biomass. CONSTITUTION: A composition for culturing microalgae or preventing harmful algae is treated with a natural product containing vegetable essential oil as an active ingredient when culturing microalgae. The active ingredient is selected from basil, carvacrol, cinnamon oil, citronella, clary sage, clove oil, cypress, cashew nut oil(CNSL), eucalyptus(GROD), eugenol, fennel, geraniol, geranium, lemon, lemongrass, linseed oil, manuka oil, methyl jasmonate, neem oil, orange, oregano, pelargonic acid, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, sassafras oil, sunflower oil, tarragon oil, terpineol, trans-anethole, and thymol.

PURPOSE: A method for producing antibiotics marker-free/herbicide complex resistant creeping bentgrass plant is provided to improve weed herbicidal effect and to enhance creeping bentgrass productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing antibiotics marker-free/herbicide complex resistant creeping bentgrass plant comprises: a step of transforming Agrobacterium with a plant expression vector containing herbicide resistant bar gene and CP4-EPSPS(P4 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3- phosphate synthase) gene without an antibiotic marker gene; a step of co-culturing the transformed Agrobacteriuam and creeping bentgrass embryogenic callus; a step of selecting new shoots transformed from the embryogenic callus and growing; and a step of testing herbicide resistance using glufosinate ammonium and glyphosate. The plant expression vector is p35S-EPSPS-B vector.
