Abstract: R1=H, halogen; R2=lower alkyl; R3=alkoxy, lower alkylthio, phenoxy, halogen-, nitrosubstd. phenoxy or thiophenoxy; R4=H, lower alkyl, substd. phenyl; X=O,S) to prevent rice insect and acarid are prepd. Thus 1.0g 1-methyl-5- trifloromethyl-3-hydroxy pyrazole, 1.24g diethylchlorophosphate and 0.72g triethyl amine in 10ml methylene chloride are stirred for 2 hr. The reactant are filtered with the mixt. of hexane and ethylacetate (4:1) to give 1.6g yellow I(R1=H; R2,R3,R4=Me; X=S).

Abstract translation: R1 = H，卤素; R2 =低级烷基; R3 =烷氧基，低级烷硫基，苯氧基，卤素，亚硝基。 苯氧基或硫代苯氧基; R4 = H，低级烷基， 苯基; X = O，S），以防止水稻昆虫和螨虫食用。 由此将1.0g 1-甲基-5-三氟甲基-3-羟基吡唑，1.24g氯磷酸二乙酯和0.72g三乙胺的10ml二氯甲烷溶液搅拌2小时。 反应物用混合物过滤。 的己烷和乙酸乙酯（4:1），得到1.6g黄色I（R1 = H; R2，R3，R4 = Me; X = S）。
