Abstract: PURPOSE: A console armrest locking apparatus is provided to enhance a locking degree and to improve the convenience of use by locking a console armrest from both sides of the console armrest. CONSTITUTION: A console armrest locking apparatus(100) includes a supporting member(110) formed at both sides of a console body. A locking slot(111) is formed at an inner side of the supporting member(110). A lock releasing button(120) is slidably installed at an inner side of a console armrest(20). A V-shaped guide hole is formed at a middle portion of the lock releasing button(120). A locking pin(130) is locked into the locking slot(111) of the supporting member(110) while slidably moving in left and right directions along the V-shaped guide hole(121). A guide member(140) is provided at an inner side of the console armrest so as to guide the movement of the locking pin(130).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for preventing injury to neck of a headrest for a vehicle is provided to prevent injury of passenger's neck by making the headrest moved forward and upward and increasing the width of the headrest. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing injury to neck of a headrest for a vehicle comprises support rod guides(11) formed on guide bars(12) formed at the upper end of a seat frame; a guide panel(13) connected to the seat back frame; and a suspension(15). The support rod guide slides back and forth along the guide bar. The guide panel has elongated hole type guide holes(13a) having wider width in the front side. In the suspension, both sides are connected to the support rod guide by a compression spring(14) and the support rod guide is inserted in a groove(15a), and pin units(15b) are inserted in through holes(16a) of frame brackets(16) formed on both sides of the seat back frame. Accordingly, a headrest support member of the upper part of the support rod guide is increased longitudinally and the width of the headrest is increased. Thus, passenger's head is safely supported.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of coupling a dash isolation pad of a vehicle is provided to reduce indoor noise and reduce the number of assembly processes. CONSTITUTION: In a method of coupling a dash isolation pad of a vehicle, plural holes(20) are installed in a dash isolation pad(2), to install a holder support(21) with the base closed. A wiring holder(40) coupled with wiring(6) is assembled to the holder support. The dash isolation pad is coupled with a dash panel(1) by a usual method. The holder support forms blocking plates(23,23') with a bent-up groove, projections for fixing, and flanges(27) on the inner surface and the periphery of support pipes and pieces for fixing(28,28') are formed to the flanges.
