Abstract: PURPOSE: Tailgate glass installing structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a spacer from falling on an inner panel of a tailgate in cutting, and to improve working efficiency by reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: A tailgate glass installing system is composed of an outer panel(20) having assembling holes(21) in the upper part; a tailgate glass(30) installed in the outer panel through a sealant(40); and a spacer(50) inserted to the assembling hole of the tailgate outer panel, and formed in the tailgate glass. A flange(51) is extended in the lower part of the spacer, and the diameter of the flange is larger than the diameter of the assembling hole. The tailgate glass is mounted in the outer panel with inserting the sealant, and the spacer is inserted to a guide groove of a grommet. The spacer is cut in cutting the sealant to replace the tailgate glass, and placed in the outer panel with forming the flange. The spacer is eliminated easily with preventing from falling in cutting.
