Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an acoustic headliner for vehicles are provided to increase the reliability of a product by simplifying a manufacturing process, and by strengthening an adhesion of each layer of an acoustic headliner, and to provide a superior efficiency of sound absorption by preventing a heat distortion of polyurethane form. CONSTITUTION: Adhesion materials(21,22), glass mats(23,24), adhesion materials(25,26) and non woven fabrics(27,28) are provided to the upper and the lower surface of a polyurethane form in order to be accumulated in order. Lamination materials(21¯28) are preheated and dehydrated. The lamination materials(21¯28) are simultaneously attached to the upper and the lower surface of the polyurethane form(10) by a roller(41). 그리고, 본 발명은 이처럼 중공의 형성으로 인슐레이터의 전체 중량을 줄이면서도 흡음효과를 높일 수 있고, 특히 이로 인하여 자동차의 연비를 향상시킬 수 있게 한 흡음성능이 개선된 자동차용 대쉬 인너 인슐레이터를 제공하는데 또 다른 목적이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An auxiliary handle fixture for a module headliner of a vehicle is provided to decrease the number of a manufacturing process, and to decrease a manufacturing cost by reducing a size of a required metal plate, and to reduce a noise generation during a use of an auxiliary handle. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary handle fixture for a module headliner of a vehicle comprises a base (110) of a flat board form and a hook (120) of a wedge form. The support arm is curved slantly and upwardly to a direction facing each other from both sides of the base. Two pairs of retaining arms are curved slantly and downwardly to a direction which becomes estranged from both sides of the flange. The retaining unit is curved slantly and downwardly to a direction facing each other from a lower end part of the retaining arm. The retaining projection is curved downwardly from a lower end part of the retaining unit, and tripped in a boundary surface of a combining hole of a body panel. The noise cancellation protrusion is formed in a side which faces the flange, and suppresses a noise generation.

The upper felt layer and the lower felt layer are manufactured by mixing a low-melting point polyester fiber and a polyester hollow fiber at a predetermined ratio.
