Abstract: An oil injection apparatus for an oil injection robot of an automatic transmission is provided to easily discriminate the oil injection and compensate for length errors of the injection port according to the application of the dual floating structure. An oil injection apparatus for an oil injection robot of an automatic transmission comprises a floating unit(A) where a plate(1) is mounted at the arm unit, an air pipe(3a) is vertically bored, an upper block(2a) is combined with a piston(4a) to go up and down, a lower block(2b) is movably combined with the upper block, a ball joint(5) is internally installed, and a ball link cap(6) is combined; and an injection gun unit(B) where a joint block(8) is formed with an oil pipe(7), connect bolts(9) are vertically bored with an air pipe at both sides of the upper surface, a cylinder block(11) is communicated with the air pipe, a packing(12) and a nozzle cap(13) are consecutively combined at the perimeter of the lower part, and an injection nozzle with a piston(4b) is installed to go up and down.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A riveting apparatus is provided to improve the productivity and the quality of a rivet product by automating the process of riveting with a rivet robot. CONSTITUTION: The riveting apparatus comprises a robot(10); an arm(11) movably installed to the one end of the robot; a rivet gun(20) installed on the other end of the arm for fastening a rivet; and a hydraulic cylinder device(40) installed on the rivet gun for driving the rivet gun. A shock damping device(30) is provided between the arm and the rivet gun for alleviating the shock applied to the robot during the riveting. The shock damping device consists of a support member formed on the other end of the arm, an elastic member formed on the bottom of the support member, and a bracket, of which the one side is installed between the elastic members and the other side is installed to the rivet gun.
