Abstract: Techniques, described herein, include solutions for enabling power control processes within a wireless telecommunications network. A base station may operate in a full duplex mode by simultaneously sending and receiving signals to user equipment (UEs). Power control processes may be implemented to eliminate or mitigate signal interference, such as self-interference at the base station or cross link interference (CLI) at a UE. The power control processes may include causing UEs to transmit signals, a UE and/or the base station measuring interference and causing the base station and/or UEs to modify transmission power to address the signal interference.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing timing advance (TA) validation at a user equipment (UE) for a TA to be used when transmitting a configured grant small data transmission (CG-SDT). Mechanisms for bounding one or more measurement windows during which one or more synchronization signal blocks are measured during a reference signal received power (RSRP) measurement method of the TA validation are discussed, and may be set using information corresponding to timing drift due to relativistic effects, clock differences between a UE and a base station, and/or information about a UE discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle. Further, time interval limitations between various events attendant to such an RSRP measurement method are discussed as being determined using information corresponding to timing drift due to relativistic effects, clock differences between a UE and a base station, information about a DRX cycle used at the UE, and/or a maximum TA timer duration.

A base station may be configured to operate as a master cell group (MCG) node or a secondary cell group (SCG) node and may transmit reference signals with an increased periodicity to UEs in an active mode of operation while also transmitting reference signals with a decreased periodicity to UEs in a PSM.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for mitigation of listen before talk conflicts in the unlicensed spectrum. A wireless device may receive one or more synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) from a base station (BS) as part of a measurement procedure with listen before talk (LBT). The wireless device may determine one or more LBT failures associated with one or more receive beams of the wireless device. Furthermore, in response to determining the one or more LBT failures associated with the one or more receive beams of the wireless device, the wireless device may extend a measurement period for the one or more receive beams of the wireless device. The wireless device may then receive one or more additional SSBs on the one or more receive beams of the wireless device.
