    Abstract: Isoperibolar calorimeter for measuring the reaction heats of chemical reactions and for determining the time of the reaction start by measuring the temperatures in a reaction vessel and a surrounding thermal bath and recording them on a data-acquisition device, characterised in that a thermometric probe is inserted, centred in a through-bored plug, into the reaction vessel which holds the reaction medium, and this reaction vessel is lowered with the reaction medium and the thermometric probe into the thermal bath, and use of the isoperibolar calorimeter for quality testing, for receptor development and for activity (efficacy) of inhibitors.
