Abstract: L'invention concerne un réservoir pour stocker un liquide qui a tendance à se décomposer en composants de décomposition gazeux dans les conditions régnant dans le réservoir (1), un équilibre réactionnel chimique s'établissant entre les composants de décomposition gazeux et le liquide. Un toit flottant (29) est placé dans le réservoir (1), ce toit flottant (29) comprenant des flotteurs (33) lui permettant de flotter sur le liquide, et ledit toit flottant (29) étant guidé dans le réservoir (1) au moyen d'un joint coulissant (45). L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif pour stocker de la chaleur, ce dispositif comprenant un premier réservoir (57) pour stocker un liquide relativement froid et un second réservoir (59) pour stocker un liquide relativement chaud, ainsi qu'une utilisation du réservoir et du dispositif pour stocker de la chaleur selon l'invention.

Abstract: The invention relates to a container for storing a liquid which has a tendency to break down into gaseous breakdown products under the conditions prevailing in the container (1) and in which a chemical reaction equilibrium between the gaseous breakdown products and the liquid is established. Abstract: The invention relates to a solar power plant having a first heat transfer circuit and a second heat transfer circuit, wherein the first heat transfer circuit comprises a store (3) for hot heat transfer medium and a store (5) for cold heat transfer medium as well as a pipeline system (6) leading though a solar field (7) and connecting the stores (3, 5) for hot and cold heat transfer mediums. The second heat transfer circuit comprises a pipeline system (9) that connects the stores (3, 5) for hot and cold heat transfer mediums, in which at least one heat exchanger (11) for evaporating and superheating water is accommodated, wherein the at least one heat exchanger (11) has a region flown through by heat transfer medium and a region flown through by water, which are separated by a heat-conducting wall so that heat can be transferred from the heat transfer medium to the water. Each heat exchanger (11) comprises a break detection system (21), by which a possible break of the heat-conducting wall can be detected, and valves (23) for closing feed lines (13, 17) and discharge lines (15, 19) for the heat transfer medium and water, wherein upon detection of a break, the valves (23) in the feed lines (13, 17) and the discharge lines (15, 19) are closed for heat transfer medium and water.

Said method is characterized in that the entire nitrate salt composition or a portion thereof is brought in contact with an additive composed of a combination of elemental oxygen and nitrogen oxides.
