Abstract:
The invention relates to a composition containing an active substance which is soluble in water up to 10 g/L at 20 °C and a hyperbranched polyester based on a hydrophobic dicarboxylic acid and a trifunctional alcohol. The invention further relates to said hyperbranched polyester, to a method for the production thereof, and to the use thereof for solubilizing an active material which is soluble in water up to 10 g/L at 20 °C in aqueous solutions.

The invention relates to mixtures comprising (A) at least one hydraulic or latent hydraulic binding agent, (B) at least one copolymer obtainable by converting (α1) at least one ethylenic unsaturated comonomer having at least one functional group, selected from COOH groups, sulfonic acid groups, nitrile groups, hydroxyalkyl groups, and amino groups, or (α2) at least one (co)polymer of at least one ethylenic unsaturated comonomer having at least one functional group selected from COOH groups, sulfonic acid groups, nitrile groups, hydroxyalkyl groups, and amino groups, having (ß) at least one oligomer or polymer compound obtainable by converting (a) at least one ethylenic unsaturated di- or polycarbolic acid or an anhydride or ester thereof, with (b) at least one at least trifunctional alcohol, and (c) at least one compound of the general formula I wherein the variable are defined as follows: R 1 is selected from C 1 -C 4 -alkyl and hydrogen, A is identical or different and selected from C 2 -C 6 -alkylene, n is in the range of 4 to 40, and (d) optionally at least one further compound having at least one COOH group or at least one alcoholic OH group per molecule.

The present invention relates to microcapsules comprising a capsule core and a capsule wall, obtainable according to a method comprising the radical polymerization of an oil-in-water emulsion comprising the following components: 30 to 90 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers of one or more monomers (monomers I) from the group comprising C 1 -C 24 -alkyl esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, and itaconic acid, 10 to 70 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers of one or more ethylenic unsaturated cross-linking agents (monomers II), wherein at least 10 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers I, II, and III is a highly branched polymer cross-linking agent, 0 to 30 % by weight relative to the total weight of the monomers (monomer III), different from monomer I, and hydrophobic core material, to a method for the production thereof, and to the use thereof.
