    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin molding such as a bathtub of a long service life and its production method which is excellent in working environment and low in fraction defective in producing. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin molding comprises an inner surface layer material of a transparent resin sheet and an outer surface layer material which is produced by injecting a colored/decorated molten thermoplastic resin on the back side of the inner surface layer material and compression-molding the resin while being contacted with the inner surface layer material. 1: inner surface layer material, 3: male mold (movable mold) of injection compression molding machine, 4: decorated thermoplastic resin, 5: female mold (fixed mold) of injection compression molding machine, 6: gate of injection compression molding machine.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sufficient stretching by alternately forming drilled holes and projections to a long resin plate in the longitudinal direction thereof by press processing and providing flexibility on the side of projections. SOLUTION: In a first process, drilled holes 2 are formed to a long resin plate not only at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the resin plate, but also at a predetermined interval in the lateral direction thereof, so as to have a rectangular shape in the longitudinal direction of the resin plate by drilling the resin plate from above and below by press machines 11. Columnar projections 3 are formed to the central parts of the resin parts 1b between the drilled holes 2 by press processing so as to form the cavities to the rear surface of the resin plate corresponding to the projections. In a second process, hot water 12 is held to 90 deg.C in consideration of tensile force at a time of stretching, the surfaces of front and rear rubber rolls 13, 14 in a third process are set to a hardness of 55 deg. so as to have flexibility, and the resin plate is stretched by five times by these rubber rolls 13, 14 to obtain a resin net 20.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decoration-rich tile by setting a film with a desired pattern on the face of a bottom force of a mold and injecting a resin into a cavity under this state to mold the tile and at the same time, imparting a desired pattern on the first surface of the tile, while a sealing material layer is formed on the second surface. SOLUTION: When a wall decoration tile 1 for decorating a wall face is molded, first a bottom force 11 of a mold having a face 11a for forming the first surface side of the tile 1 and a top force 12 having a face 12a for forming the second surface of the tile 1 are assembled together. Next, a transfer film 13 is set on the face 11a of the bottom force 11, and an ABS resin or a resin containing an antibacterial agent and/or an antifungal agent is packed into a cavity 14 formed by the faces 11a, 12a. Thus the tile 1 with a pattern formed on the surface is molded. After that, an acrylic resin is applied as a coat on the surface of the tile 1 and is crosslinked by UV emission to form a coated face 8 and further, a silicone sealing material layer 9 is applied and formed on the second surface of the tile 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the through soil pull-out resistance of a resin-reinforced net by boring crosswise and vertically arranged hole sections, forming projecting sections to non-boring sections by press working and extending the projecting sections in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: Rectangular holes are disposed and bored crosswise and vertically to a sheet made of polyethylene. Projections are formed simultaneously to non-boring sections held by the boring-section holes by press working at a right angle in the extending direction. In such press working, projecting sections and recessed sections are formed previously between cutters boring the rectangular holes in top and bottom forces with the cutters, and the sheet is deformed plastically by the projecting sections and the recessed sections and the projections 4 are formed and elongated in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular holes, and the resin net 15 for reinforcing a ground is obtained. The holes 5 are composed of the opposed extending sections 5a and non- extending sections. The projections 4 are shaped to the non-extending sections as they are. Accordingly, through soil pull-out resistance is increased extremely, and the projections can be formed effectively on the surface of the resin net being difficult to be bonded in addition to the increase of the pull-out resistance.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a flexible property to a pipe and facilitate a bending processing by forming a male mold at one end of the pipe and forming a female connectable part at other end of the pipe, by use of a pipe base body having connecting faces at both breadthwise ends and connecting a number of openings in the longitudinal direction and further having a semi-circular shape in the breadthwise section. SOLUTION: Belt-shaped parts 11 are formed at both breadthwise ends of a drain pipe base body and semi-circular arches 12 are formed at every certain pitch. The each distance P between the arches is a gap for drain. Flanges 14 extending outward from the belt-shaped parts 11 are formed as connection faces. Pins 15 made a little bit thicker at the front end are erected at the drain pipe side and holes 16 in which the pins 15 are fitted are formed in the flange 14. Ribs 17 are formed in the belt-shaped parts 11 between the flanges 14 to fit the belt-shaped parts 11 when the drain pipes are connected. A male mold 18 is formed at one end of the drain pipe 10 and a female mold 19 is formed at the other end. These are fitted to each other one after another when necessary to form the long drain pipe 10.

It is desirable that the arrangement direction of the fine rib parallels the running direction of a vehicle. Further, it is preferable that a rubber material of which a rubber plate is formed is a fiber composite material wherein short fibers are mixed in a rubber matrix or a foamed rubber material and a foamed fiber composite material.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having improved durability of nonstaining properties in using for belt of automatic original feeder of copying machine and excellent processing properties by adding a specific stainproofing agent to a thermoplastic urethane. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic urethane is blended with a mixture of compounds shown by formula I and formula II (R is 8 to 22C alkyl group or alkenyl group) as a stainproofing agent. The amount of the stainproofing agent added is 0.5 to 6Phr, preferably 1.7 to 2.5Phr. The blending ratio of the compounds shown by formula I and formula II is preferably 40 to 60% alcohol compound based on the amine compound.
