Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a draining effect, and obviate labor of drain execution work by installing a heat insulating waterproof panel on a wall surface of a heat accumulating tank or the like by covering the whole surface of a heat insulating material composed of a foamed body with a skin material composed of a waterproof resin material molded by opening it without sealing a space between leg parts by molding plural leg parts on one side surface. SOLUTION: In this heat insulating waterproof panel 1, the whole surface of a heat insulating material 2 composed of a foamed body such as polyurethane is covered with a skin material by performing blow molding on a waterproof resin material such as polypropylene. Here, recessed parts corresponding to leg parts 4 are arranged in a blow molding metal mold, and when the blow molding is performed on the skin material, plural leg parts 4 are molded on one surface (an installing surface to a wall surface) of the skin material, and a groove 6 is formed along this edge in a position in close vicinity to the edge of the heat insulating waterproof panel 1 on a surface on the opposite side of the surface on which the leg parts 4 are formed. A space 5 molded together with molding of the leg parts 4 becomes a draining waterway without being sealed by the heat insulating waterproof panel 1 and a wall surface when the surface on which the leg parts 4 are molded is brought into contact with a wall surface of a heat accumulating tank or the like.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bending rigidity of a heat insulating material, prevent the lowering of heat insulating performance, use the heat insulating material as a form and integrate the heat insulating material as the form without being disassembled after placing concrete. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material 2, which is mounted on a wall face for the heat insulation of a concrete building frame 1, is formed into a panel in which foamed materials 4 are filled. For the foamed materials 4, synthetic resin material is foamed in the hollow portions of boxed skins 3 obtained by blow-molding synthetic resin material. During placing concrete the heat insulating material 2 is used as a form and after placing concrete the heat insulating material 2 is integrated with the concrete building frame 1.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject composition having excellent thermal deterioration resistance, flexibility, heat-weldability and blocking water-resistance by compounding a polypropylene to a hydrogenated copolymer of a conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic compound and mixing the mixture under melting. SOLUTION: This composition is produced by compounding (A) 30-90 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated copolymer of a conjugated diene and a vinyl aromatic compound (preferably a hydrogenated butadiene/styrene copolymer, etc.) with (B) 70-10 pts.wt. of a polypropylene. The component A preferably contains >=80% of the double bond in the conjugated diene chain in hydrogenated state and has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 at 100 deg.C) of 30-100. In the case of extruding the composition with an extruder in the form of a sheet, the composition is preferably further compounded with 15-20 pts.wt. of inorganic powder such as talc or 0.1-0.2 pts.wt. of an organic lubricant as an antiblocking agent based on 100 pts.wt. of the polymer. The hydrogenation is preferably carried out by dissolving the above copolymer in a hydrocarbon solvent and hydrogenating with hydrogen under 20-100kg/cm pressure in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a water-proof sheet from being damaged due to immersion of heat insulating materials in water by dew condensation and sump water by covering the entire surface of the heat insulating material comprising foaming bodies with waterproof skin materials. SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel 1 is formed by covering the entire surface of a heat insulating material 2 comprising foaming bodies with water- proof skin materials 3. Next the heat insulating panel 1 is fixed to a ceiling surface 10 of a heat storage tank, and sealing is not applied to the butted positions, i.e., joints of the heat insulating panels 1, and left as it is. Also the connected one face of each of two or more heat insulating panels 1 is hinged in order to eliminate the need for bringing any long material into the tank. Then, because the heat insulating panel 1 formed by covering the heat insulating material 2 with the skin material 3 is used on the ceiling surface 10, the heat insulating material 2 is prevented from being wetted or their performance is prevented from being impaired. Thus the work to be executed at site is limited to only the installation of the heat insulating panel 1 on the ceiling surface 10 of the heat storage tank, and can be performed easily.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten a waterproofness at the part of connection between waterproofing sheets. SOLUTION: In a method of connection between waterproofing sheets 6 to be fitted to the inside of a heat storage tank or between a corner member 3 to be fitted to a corner part and the waterproofing sheet 6, the water proofing sheet 6 is molded out of an alloy of hydrogenated-SBR and polypropylene, and the corner member 3 is molded out of polypropylene. The same material as the waterproofing sheet 6 or polypropylene-welding material is welded in band shape, at the place where the waterproofing sheets 6 are laid to overlap each other or the waterproofing sheet 6 and the corner member 3 are laid to overlap each other, and these overlapped parts are covered.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an expanded rubber composition having closed cells and stabilized in running performances on a frozen or snowed road surface, by vulcanizing rubber composition containing a blowing agent and a blowing aid coated with a specified film by heating and thereby melting the film to allow the blowing agent to react with the blowing aid and to expand the rubber composition. CONSTITUTION:A slurry formed by dispersing a blowing aid (e.g., salicylic acid) in a solution formed by dissolving 5-80wt.% hydrophobic film-forming agent (e.g., syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene) in a solvent is spray-dried to obtain a blowing aid of a mean particle diameter of 0.5-250mu, surface-coated with a heat-meltable film. Common rubber additives, a blowing agent (e.g., azodicarbonamide) and said blowing aid are added to a rubber component, and the resulting mixture is kneaded, molded and vulcanized by heating in a mold, whereupon the film with which the blowing aid is coated is molten to allow the blowing agent to react with the blowing aid and to expand the rubber composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber composition having high reinforcing property and improved dispersibility without lowering the reinforcing property, by carrying out the addition surface-treatment of carbon black having large surface area with an amine compound and/or quinoline compound and compounding the treated carbon black to a rubber. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.(wt.) of carbon black having a specific surface area of >=130m /g determined by nitrogen adsorption is granulated by pouring (B) an organic solvent solution or aqueous dispersion containing 0.5-5pts. of an amin compound (e.g. naphthylamine compound, diphenylamine compound, etc.) and/or a quinoline compound to the component A in a wet granulator for carbon black. The obtained granule is heated at 105-200 deg.C to remove the solvent or water to dryness. The resultant surface-treated carbon black is added to a rubber composed of a natural rubber and/or a synthetic diene rubber at an amount of 30-140pts. per 100pts. of the rubber.
