PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array substrate by forming an insulator film using a radiation-sensitive resin composition which is curable at a low temperature and a liquid crystal display using the array substrate.SOLUTION: An array substrate 1 is manufactured by forming an insulator film 12 by curing at a low temperature, using a radiation-sensitive resin composition containing a copolymer comprising a constitutional unit formed from an unsaturated carboxylic acid or an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and a constitutional unit formed from an epoxy group-containing unsaturated compound; and a compound of the formula (1) or the formula (2). A liquid crystal display is constituted of the array substrate 1.

A liquid crystal display element 1 is constituted by using the color filter 10.
