PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for keeping freshness of cut flowers, capable of bringing about an effect of keeping the freshness with high safety, regardless of kinds of the cut flowers. SOLUTION: The freshness of the cut flowers is kept by keeping the cut flowers in such a state that the flowers can absorb water, packaging the flowers with a packaging material of which the water permeability is not less than 0.001 but less than 4 g/m 2 /day (at 37.7°C and 90 %RH), and/or making the cut flowers absorb a solution of which the osmotic pressure is controlled by an osmotic pressure controlling agent so as to be 0.5-1.5 MPa, and giving the cut flowers such an environment that an amount of absorbed water is not more than 1.5 g/day per piece of the cut flower. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of efficiently absorbing Ca into plants by including an anionic surfactant such as carboxylic acid-based surfactant and a fertilizer component, especially a Ca compound as essential components. SOLUTION: This fertilizer composition contains a carboxylic acid-based, sulfate-based, phosphate-based and naphthalenesulfonic acid-based anionic surfactant and a fertilizer component, especially a Ca compound as essential components. The anionic surfactant includes an 8-20C fatty acid, etc., an alkylsulfate, etc., an alkylphosphate, etc., an alkylnathtalenesulfonic acid, etc., or a salt thereof. Although an inorganic or organic compound containing an element such as N, P or K, is exemplified as the fertilizer component, a compound containing Ca, e.g. water-soluble calcium salt such as calcium chloride, calcium nitrate or calcium formate is especially preferable. Furthermore, absorption efficiency of the fertilizer composition is improved by further mixing the fertilizer composition with an oxycarboxylic acid or aminocarboxylic acid or a salt thereof.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of efficiently absorbing Ca into plants by including a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and a fertilizer component, especially a Ca compound as an essential component. SOLUTION: This fertilizer composition comprises a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and a fertilizer component. A surfactant having >=5 HLB value by calculation formula of Griffin method, e.g. a (polyoxyalkylene)sorbitan fatty acid ester, a polyoxyalkylene fatty acid ester, etc., is exemplified as the nonionic surfactant. Although an inorganic or organic compound containing an element such as N, P, K, Ca, Mg or S is exemplified as the fertilizer component, a compound containing Ca, e.g. water-soluble calcium salt such as calcium chloride, calcium nitrate, calcium formate or calcium gluconate is especially preferable. Furthermore, absorption efficiency of the fertilizer composition is improved by further mixing the fertilizer composition with an oxycarboxylic acid or aminocarboxylic acid or a salt thereof.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an enzyme-containing composition useful as an ingredient for detergent, etc., by partitioning an enzyme produced from microbial cell to the phase containing a partitioned water-soluble polymer in an aqueous binary partition system and drying the separated enzyme to effect the separation and recovery of the enzyme from a culture solution containing microbial cells. CONSTITUTION:An enzyme produced from microbial cells is partitioned to the phase containing a partitioned water-soluble polymer in an aqueous binary partition system and the enzyme separated together with the water-soluble polymer is dried. An enzyme-containing composition is obtained in a state of a mixture with a water-soluble polymeric substance such as polyethylene glycol and the composition is easily processed to a granulated enzyme or an enzyme preparation for leather processing.
