Abstract: PURPOSE: To maintain semi-permanently the low friction characteristic and the non-electrostatic charge performance without giving damages to a disc recording medium by constituting an inner face member in sliding with a recording medium with a composite material aggregate including a glass carbon material aggregate and/or glass carbon material aggregate.
CONSTITUTION: The glass carbon material is a material having a proper antifriction where the carbon material itself wears before the surface film of a recording medium has a damage when the disc recording medium slides and the amorphous glass carbon material. The composite material aggregate including the glass carbon material is referred to as the aggregate of the composite material including the glass carbon material, a synthetic resin and/or carbon filler. As the synthetic resin, a thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polyacetatevinyl resin or polystylene resin or the like and a thermosetting resin such as phenol resin, epoxy resin and xylene resin or the like are used. Further, the carbon filler stands for a general carbon material.

SOLUTION: In a wraping film having a multilayered structure consisting of at least three layers of an outer layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer, the intermediate layer is formed from a resin compsn. containing polypropylene having long chain branches. The outer and inner layers comprise a polyolefin resin compsn. such as a low density polyethylene resin compsn., an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer compsn. or a propylene/α-olefin copolymer compsn. The MFR of the resin compsn. containing polypropylene having long chain branches is pref. 15 or more.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film having a cold embrittle resistance and a high safety to an environment by forming a multilayer film having at least two or above layers with a specific layer as a front layer. SOLUTION: A resin composition (i) is obtained by adding 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of a composition containing 10 wt.% of a glycerin aliphatic diester to 100 pts.wt. of a polyethylene polymer having a density less than 0.940 g/cm3. A resin composition (ii) is 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (A') having a density less than 0.920/cm3 and a melt index of 4 g/10 min or above or a mixture of 95 to 70 pts.wt. of the (A') and 5 to 30 pts.wt. of a low density polyethylene (B) obtained by adding 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of a glycerin aliphatic monoester to 100 pts.wt. of the resin mixture (A'B) having a density less than 0.920 g/cm3. This film is obtained by using the composition (i) or (ii) as a front layer, and a resin for forming an intermediate layer or the like and co-extruding it by using a T-die molding machine or the like.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject coated sheet, causing no problem when adhering to the skin, e.g. stimulating or roughening the skin, and capable of efficiently supplying a given agent to, and allowing it to act on, the target portion by including a polyolefin-based resin and agent which acts on the skin or hair. SOLUTION: This coated sheet is obtained by including (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based resin and (B) 0.01 to 100 pts.wt. of an agent which acts on the skin or hair. The preferable component A is an α-olefin polymer (e.g. polyethylene), which may be incorporated with a thermoplastic elastomer preferably at 20 to 60 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. The examples of the component B include a humectant, skin-whitening agent and ultraviolet ray absorbent, preferably oily (e.g. tallow, butyric acid, lauryl alcohol, liquid paraffin and carnauba wax). The coated sheet preferably has an adhesion of at least 5,000 cN/cm , when adhered to each other.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wrapping film which can absorb drips or the like occurring from fish or meat and also which is excellent in antibacterial properties and has freshness keeping effects by causing a base material film to carry a specific content of an antibacterial agent, and also by forming it so as to have specific water absorption performance. SOLUTION: As an antibacterial agent to be carried on a base material film of the wrapping film, in addition to a silver-containing antibacterial agent with silver carried on zeolite or the like, a tea catechin and/or antibacterial agent such as a bamboo extract may be used, wherein in using them, the agent is mixed when the film is formed or the agent is carried after the film is molded. At this time, 1 to 10000 ppm of the antibacterial agent is included in the wrapping film. Water absorption performance of the wrapping film is 10 wt.% or more for an own weight of the wrapping film, preferably 20 wt.% or more. Thus drip from fish or meat can be absorbed, and tight contact with the wet container is improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce a glassy carbon material having a homogeneous structure by curing a thermosetting resin in an atmospheric closed state then burning the cured body. SOLUTION: A composition is obtained by blending 0.1-5 pts.wt. curing agent consisting of p-toluensulfonic acid, water and glycol to 100 pts.wt. at least one kind liq. thermosetting resin selected from among furan resins phenolic resins and phenol modified furan resins. The composition is injected to a mold consisting of a pair 1 of plates oppositing each other with some space and a sealing material 2, and the mold is sealed by covering an injection port with the sealing material 3. Then the mold is immersed in a liq. in a liq. tank, and the material is subjected to a condensation reaction by heating for 1-200hr at 50-200 deg.C to cure the thermosetting resin. Then the cured product is burned at >=1000 deg.C in an inert gas atmosphere to be carbonized.
