    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent incurring of a leak loss, by a method wherein plural notches are formed in the outer peripheral part, secured to a closed case, of a compression element, and a bearing, the outer peripheral part of which is securely shrinkage-fitted in the closed case, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Notches 11b are formed in an outer peripheral part 11a of a bearing 11 on the rotor side, and the outer peripheral part 11a is securely shrinkage-fitted in a closed case 2. Deformation due to vibration of the closed case 2 occurs only to the notched parts 11b, and an amount of generated noise can be suppressed to a low value. When the bearing 11 is securely shrinkage- fitted to the closed case 2, a fastening force is relieved at the notched part 11b, strain deformation of the bearing 11 can be prevented from occurring, and as a result a leak loss can be prevented from incurring.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce noise by employing reinforcement plates welded at equally divided four positions along the inner circumference of a closed case and between a compression element and an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement plate 19 being on a same center line with a communication passage 16 and between a block 3 and an electric motor 2 makes the communication passage 16 directly communicate with a space 17 on a double cylinder. A recess of a portion 19c rising to an end 19b has a sufficient room for passing refrigerant and a portion 19d rising to an end 19a extends more than 1/4 of the circumference of the closed case 1. Accordingly, noise can be reduced by suppressing the loop of the vibration mode of the closed case.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce noise by welding a center pin for supporting a closed case to an end of the closed case at the position to be approximately same as the axis of a motor-operated compression element and more specifically using a pipe material as the center pin. CONSTITUTION:A center pin 10 of a pipe material is fixed by welding to a closed case 2 for directly holding a motor-operated compression element at a position approximately same as the axis of the motor-operated compression element. A front mount 4 is inserted via an anti-vibration rubber 5. While tortional vibrations are produced when the motor-operated compression element compresses a refrigerant, since the center pin 10 is made of the pipe material, the natural frequency of vibration becomes higher and as a result noise produced can be kept small.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of noise due to the vibration of an enclosed casing by forming a plurality of axial ribs having different axial positions for splitting a circumference unevenly onto the outer circumference at the tubular section of the enclosed casing formed by the tubular section and cup type cover sections. CONSTITUTION:An enclosed casing 22 for an enclosed rotary compressor is formed by jointing a tubular section 23 and the cup type cover sections 24, 25. Axial ribs 23c, 23d are formed on the outer circumference of said tubular section 23 at the positions for splitting the circumference unevenly. Said axial ribs 23c, 23d include two types of ribs, i.e. one type of ribs extending from the vicinity of one end section to the side nearer to the other end section then the central portion and the other type of ribs extending from the vicinity of the other end section to the side nearer to one end section than the central portion. Since the vibration frequency of the enclosed casing 22 is sifted to the high region side and the vibration in the audible frequency region is reduced, occurrence of uncomfortable noise can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce audible noise by forming plural ribs which extend to both end parts while which are outwradly projected in positions which divide a circumference non-uniformly, on the side wall of the cylindrical part of an enclosed case, and moving the natural frequency of said enclosed case to a higher zone. CONSTITUTION:An enclosed case 22 is formed by joining a cylindrical part 23 and cup-shaped cover parts 24, 25 together, while plural ribs 23a which extend to both end parts and which are outwardly projected in positions which divide a circumference non-uniformly projected in positions which divide a circumference non-uniformly, are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the side wall of the cylindrical part 23. By forming these ribs 23a, rigidity of the enclosed case 22 having sectional deformation in its axial direction can be increased, and its natural frequency is moved to a higher frequency zone, thereby, enabling natural frequency is an audible frequency zone, thereby, enabling natural frequency in an audible frequency zone to be reduced, reducing the generation of noise.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively reduce the noise of a compressor by providing a valve port at a middle position between both the ends of a discharge chamber, and a discharge port at a nearly middle position on its one end to diminish the occurrence of an air column resonance in the discharge chamber. CONSTITUTION:Pressure pulsation occurring in a cylinder is chiefly damped by noise reduction effect produced by an air expansion in a discharge chamber 14. Since communication in the circumferential direction of the discharge chamber 14 is checked by bringing a portion 13a on the inside periphery of the side plane of a discharge cover 13 into contact with the outside periphery of a bearing journal 12a or approaching them each other, the air column resonance in a double cylindrical cavity can not occur. In addition to that, since a valve hole 12b on a bearing 12 and a discharge hole 13b on the discharge cover 13 are located near a middle and a quadrisection position between both the ends 14a, 14b of the discharge chamber 14 respectively, the discharge chamber 14 is hardly affected by the lower air column resonance. Consequently, the effect of the air column resonance is weak within an audible zone in the discharge chamber 14, and the extremely effective noise reduction effect can be therefore produced.

The delivery chamber 10 formed with the delivery cover and the bearing end plate 12 is mainly functioned as a expantion type noise suppressor, and the noise within the range of a frequency, which can not be suppressed by said noise suppressor, is sufficiently attenuated by a resonance type noise suppressing action caused by a plurality of recessed parts 12c.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the noise and vibration by a compressor by making the distance between the shaft center line of the inner circumference of a motor stator and the shaft center line of bearings a half of the clearance of a crank shaft, and shifting the shaft center line of the stator inner circumference in the direction of force acting on the crank part. CONSTITUTION:In a rolling piston type compressor, a stress directed in the direction of 140 deg. making the vane position 0 deg. acts on a crank part 7a by the pressure in the cylinder. On the other hand, the shaft center line beta of the inner circumference 14a (not shwon is fig.) of a motor stator 14 (not shown in fig.) is directed toward the direction of about 145 deg. in the turning direction from the vane position, and is shifted eccentrically from the center line alpha of bearings 9 and 10 by a half of the clearance of a crank shaft 7. Thus, the magnetic attraction acting between the stator and the rotor is balanced on a circle by the force acting on the crank part 7a, and the occurrence of noise and vibration cna be prevneted.
