Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect radiation heat efficiently to a cooler by making a heater for defrosting under the cooler within a refrigerator consist of a glass tube, a heater line, a cap, and a lead wire, and thinning the thickness on the side of cooler of the glass tube. SOLUTION: A heater for defrosting is composed of a glass tube 14, a heater line 11, a cap 13, and a lead wire 12. The glass tube 14 is provided with a thin part 14a and a thick part 14b on the same circumference of the section of itself so as to raise the orientation of heat radiation, and the thin part 14a is directed to a cooler. Here, a metallic foil high in reflectance is arranged in contact with the inner face or outer face of the section of the glass tube 14 opposite to a cooler. Or, a coating high in reflectance is arranged on the inner face or outer face of the section of the glass tube 14 opposite to the cooler. Or, a deodorizing catalyst is applied on the opposite side of the periphery of the section of the glass tube from the cooler. Furthermore, the thickness of the section of the periphery of the section of the glass tube 14 on the side of the cooler is made small, and a deodorizing catalyst is applied on this section.

CONSTITUTION: A layer of the wear resistant material is provided on the surface of a rotary and sliding part of a crank shaft 4 to be fitted to a large end part 13a of a connecting rod 13 of a compression element and a rotary and sliding part of a piston pin 12 to be fitted to a small end part 13b of the connecting rod 13. A lubricating oil scatter preventing plate is fixed to a lubricating oil pipe 7 which is press fitted to the tip of the crank shaft 4.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make highly transparent ice by promoting freezing while discharging gas components and impurities in water into lower water by constructing an ice making pan disposed in a cooling chamber at one corner of the same with plastic, and employing metal heated by high frequency waves as part of the ice making pan. CONSTITUTION:There is disposed a concave-shaped heat insulating tank 24, which is opened across the upper surface thereof, on a partition wall which divides a refrigerator body vertically into a freezing chamber and a refrigerator chamber. The heat insulating tank 24 comprises a resin-made outer frame 25, a metal plate 26 disposed on the bottom of the concave-shaped part, and a coil 28 disposed on the back of the metal plate 26, and the like. An ice making pan 29 is accommodated in the concave-shaped portion of the heat insulating tank 24 such that it is invertable by a driver after ice is made. The ice making pan 29 is molded from plastic, on which bottom a metal 31A is formed by insert molding. Upon ice being made, lowering of the water temperature at the bottom is moderated by rendering the metal 31A to high frequency heating whereby freezing is promoted from the upper to lower portion to transfer any involved impurity into lower non-frozen water for assurance of highly transparent ice.

CONSTITUTION:Plating 10 is applied on a condensing pipe 4 and a coupling piece 6, made of iron, in a refrigerator. According to this method, the resistance to corrosion of the condensing pipe 4 may be improved and electrolytic corrosion, readily generated on the coupling part between the condensing pipe 4 and the coupling piece 6, may be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating box body in which the whole of a space between inner and outer boxes is vacuum drawn for heat insulation by a method wherein a flange piece bent in an L-shape is mounted to an opening part, and a tile heat insulating box body comprises an outer box of a non-breathable material, a clamp part formed in a U-shape in cross section of an irreversible shape memory alloy performing a closing action at a high temperature time, and an inner box having a flange to the periphery of which a sealant is attached. CONSTITUTION:In a title heat insulating box body, during assembly, a flange piece 12, bent in an L-shape, of a non-breathable outer box 1 formed of an iron plate is securely welded at a portion 19, except a spot where a sealant 14 is arranged, to a clamp part 13 formed in a U-shape in cross section and of a shape memory alloy. Further, a peripheral flange 15, having a sealant 16, of an inner box 2 is inserted in the clamp part 13. By heating an engaging part 10 between the finished outer and inner boxes 1 and 2, the clam part 13 is restored to a determined shape, and an opening part 18 is closed. The peripheral flange 15 of the inner box 2 is clamped to secure the inner and outer boxes 1 and 2. The sealants 14 and 16 are also softened, and the engagement part 10 is completely sealed. A foamable heat insulating material of a continuous foams is injected in a space 5 between the inner and outer boxes to fill the space therewith, and thereafter, vacuum deaeration is effected to bring the space 5 into a vacuum state.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating property of a heat insulating box body jumpingly by a method wherein open-cell foamed heat insulating material is poured into a space between an inner case and an outer case and a Hansen's plug is attached to a pouring port to evacuate the space through the Hansen's plug. CONSTITUTION:An inner box 2, made of an iron sheet or a laminate sheet as same as an outer box 1, is engaged with the outer box 1 at an engaging part 9 while sealing with seal materials 10 to produce a space 3 between the inner and outer boxes. Open- cell foamed heat insulating material 11 is poured into the space 3 through a pouring port 4. A pouring head 5 is removed immediately after pouring and a pouring lid is attached to the pouring port 4. Subsequently, the pouring lid 7 is removed and a projected Hansen's plug 12 is inserted into the open-cell foamed heat insulating material 11 through the pouring port 4 and the space 3 is sealed by the seal material 10. A recessed Hansen's plug 12 is attached to the projected Hansen's plug 12 to evacuate gas in the open-cell foamed heat insulating material 11 by a vacuum pump 14 until the vacuum degree of 0.7 torr or lower is obtained. Next, the recessed Hansen's plug 13 is removed and a vacuum protecting lid is attached to the projected Hansen's plug 12.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating performance and make the inner casing hard to crack due to the attack by a foaming material by using an inner casing which is formed by vacuum-molding a laminated sheet of a thin polyolefin resin layer and a styrene group resin layer, and a highly heat insulating material containing a foaming agent which excels in the heat insulating performance but has a strong resin melting effect. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulated cabinet is formed with an inner casing 4 which is formed by vacuum-molding a laminated sheet of a polyolefine resin layer 7 having a thickness less than 100mum and a styrene group resin layer 6, and a heat insulating material 5 containing a foaming agent which has a strong resin melting effect. By this constitution, the resin layer 7 protects the styrene group layer 6 from the resin melting effect of the foaming agent of the highly heat insulating material 5. Because the thickness of the resin layer 7 is small, there will be no significant adverse effect on the moldability, allowing the molding of the inner casing 4 which is hard to crack, and moreover, the heat insulating performance can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve gas carrying property and to ensure quality during transportation by forming a resin film having the pencil hardness of higher than 2H on a part or a whole surface of the container of the heat insulation pack. CONSTITUTION: A hard resin film 6 is coated on the surface of the container 2 of the heat insulation pack 1 by immersion or other coating methods, and a film having pencil hardness of higher than 2H is formed by hardening the coated resin with heating. By this constitution, the gas carrying property is improved and the container is hardly damaged during storage or transportation, so its quality is ensured.
