CONSTITUTION:The inner resin box of the heat-insulating box is made from a composition obtained by mixing a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated diene synthetic rubber with a copolymer comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, an n-propyl acrylate/n-butyl acrylate/ sec-butyl acrylate copolymer coated with a copolymer comprising 35-52wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and an aromatic vinyl oligomer.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulation door which is stuck to a heat insulator by using HCFC, not discolored by heat and in which no crack occurs for the HCFC by using a specific copolymer mixture for a cap door. CONSTITUTION:A cap door is formed of resin composition containing predetermined graft copolymer (CP), n-propylacrylate, n-butylacrylate and sec- butylacrylate coated with CP containing 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl. The predetermined graft CP is obtained by polymerizing monomer mixture of 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic resin. Urethane heat insulator uses HCFC 123 (1.1-dichloro 2.2.2-fluoroethane) or HCFC 141b (1.1-dichloro-1- fluoroethane) is as foaming agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of a heat transfer rate of a foamed heat insulating material and dew condensation on surfaces of a refrigerator by providing a constitution which comprises an outer shell of a synthetic resin, an inner shell, a foamed heat insulating material filled in a space surrounded by the outer shell and the inner shell and an aluminum foil applied to a rear surface of the outer shell. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating door comprises an outer shell 1 of a synthetic resin, an inner shell 2 of a synthetic resin combined with the outer shell 1, a foamed heat insulating material 3 filled in a space defined by the outer shell 1, the inner shell 2 and a frame member and closely attached to the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 2, and an aluminum foil 4 applied to a rear surface of the outer shell 1. With this arrangement, moisture outside of a chamber of a refrigerator will not pass through the outer shell 1 to accumulate in the foamed heat insulating material 3 in the form of water, so that a heat transfer rate of the foamed heat insulating material 3 is not degraded thus enabling prevention of dew condensation on a surface of a door of a refrigerator. Also, it is not necessary to enlarge a wall thickness of the door with the result that it is possible to reduce the material cost of the foamed heat insulating material 3 in manufacture of doors and enhance a volume efficiency of a chamber of a refrigerator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To charge a foamable heat insulator in a uniform density over an entire heat insulation box by charging the insulator in a space between an inner box and an outer box, and mounting a vacuum heat insulation panel at a position which avoids a passage of stock solution of the state before the insulator is foamed at the side of the outer box in the space. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box 1 for a refrigerator, etc., has an inner box 2 made of plastic, and an outer box 3 made of iron. A foamable heat insulator 4 such as hard polyurethane foam, etc., is charged in a space between the boxes 2 and 3 through an inlet 6, and a vacuum heat insulation panel 5 is provided on an inner surface of the box 3 in the space. In this case, the panel 5 is mounted at a position which avoids a passage 11 of stock solution 7 of the state before the insulator 4 to be poured from the inlet 6 is foamed. Thus, a flow of the solution 7 is not interrupted by the panel 5, and the insulator 4 can be also charged sufficiently in uniform density above the panel 5.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform a clean preservation by arranging a germicidal lamp near an egg shelf receiver and sterilizing bacteria existing on the surface of an egg with the ultraviolet ray of the lamp. CONSTITUTION:A germicidal lamp 9 such as an ultraviolet ray lamp, etc., is arranged on an egg shelf 5. The lamp 9 receives electric power from a power source and generates an ultraviolet ray 10. When eggs 7, an egg shelf receiver 4 and the shelf 5 are irradiated, bacteria group 8 such as Penicillium, etc., adhered thereto is sterilized for a short time. For example, 80% of the bacteria group is reduced by irradiating for about 3min in the case of an output of 15W. On the contrary, if it is irradiated for an excessively long time, change of properties of the eggs 7, discoloring of a plastic component such as the receiver 4 occur. Accordingly, irradiating intensity and time are controlled. The periphery of the shelf 5 contaminated with the group 8 can be largely cleaned by arranging the lamp 9, and the eggs 7 can be preserved cleanly for a long period.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent condensation by raising surface temperature of a laminating fixing frame of an outer plate by providing a door constructed with a heat insulation plate comprising the laminating fixing frame having U-shaped grooves at upper and lower four corners, and an aluminum foil heater around a notched hole in the back of the other plate. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum foil heater 12 is formed with an aluminum foil 13 and a heater cord 14, and stuck to the periphery of a notched hole 5 formed in the back of an outer plate 6. A U-shaped groove 15 is provided in upper and lower portions of a laminating fixing frame 2, into which a cut piece 16 of the outer plate 6 and a cut piece 17 of an inner plate 8 are inserted repeatedly to fix a heat insulation plate 18 comprising a transparent glass 1 and an interval adjusting spacer 3. The refrigerator door formed as above is insulated from heat by a foamed urethane heat insulating material 10 and the heat insulation plate 18. Further, for the heat insulation plate 18 the interior of the refrigerator can be observed through the glass plate 1. Furthermore, for the inner plate 8 and the laminating fixing frame 2 it is inserted and fixed through the U-shaped grooves 15 and hence there is no leakage of the foamed urethane heat insulating material 10.

CONSTITUTION:Interval adjusting spacers 3 are respectively inserted between the circumferential edges of a plurality of clear sheet glasses 1... to form heat insulating enclosed spaces 4, the circumferential edges are fixed with a fixing frame 2, and a door body of a refrigerator provided with a clear window is made. A circular seal ring 10 having elasticity is loaded on the peripheral surface of the clear sheet glasses 1... by which the spacers 3 of the door body are held, and the clear sheet glasses 1... are fixed to the fixing frame 2 through the ring. According to the constitution, a warp caused by temperature difference between the inside and outside of the refrigerator of the door body can be absorbed by elasticity of the circuit seal ring 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject material having improved dispersibility of carbon dioxide gas adsorbent to improve heat-insulation property by immersing a carbon dioxide gas absorbent in a fluorocarbon foaming agent liquid in a specific state and mixing the foaming agent liquid with a resin component, etc., to prepare a premix liquid. CONSTITUTION:A carbon dioxide gas adsorbent free from adsorptivity to fluorocarbon gas is degassed under reduced pressure and immersed in the above fluorocarbon foaming agent liquid. A premix liquid is prepared by mixing the foaming agent liquid with a resin component (e.g. aromatic polyol or phenol), a foam stabilizer and a catalyst and the premix is mixed with an isocyanate liquid and foamed to obtain the objective material. Concretely, the foaming agent liquid containing an adsorbent can be produced e.g. by heating a nonwoven cloth bag 13 containing an adsorbent 6, degassing the adsorbent by evacuating the bag 13 in a laminate bag 14, opening the obtained vacuum pack 15 in a fluorocarbon foaming agent liquid, immersing the adsorbent 6 in the foaming agent liquid in a state filled in the bag 13 and opening the bag 13 in the foaming agent liquid.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the heat insulating performance and make the inner casing hard to crack by using an inner casing which is formed by vacuum-molding a laminated sheet of a thin resin layer having acrylonitrile as its primary constituent and a styrene group resin layer, and a highly heat insulating material containing a foaming agent which has a strong resin melting effect. CONSTITUTION:The inner casing 4 is vacuum-molded by using a sheet which is manufactured by simultaneously extruding a styrene resin layer 6 and a copolymer resin layer 7 having a thickness of 100mm and comprising acrylonitrile. A highly heat insulating material 5 is filled in the space between the inner casing 4 and the outer casing 3 by using a foaming agent such as R-113, R-123, etc. which is superior in the heat insulating performance to R-11 but has a strong resin melting effect. This way, the heat insulating performance can be improved, and, since the resin layer 7 protects the styrene group resin layer 6 from the melting effect of the foaming agent for the highly heat insulating material 5, the inner casing 4 becomes hard to crack.
