    Abstract: PURPOSE:To defreeze a foodstuff always under the most appropriate temperature, prevent any over-heating or a lack of heating by a method wherein a temperature of the foodstuff detected by a foodstuff temperature sensing means and an operating amount of each of a defreezing fan and a heater for its rate of variation are calculated in response to a controlling rule got through an experimental rule. CONSTITUTION:A defreezing control device is comprised of a heater 27 for defreezing a foodstuff, a foodstuff temperature sensing means 29 for use in sensing a temperature of the foodstuff stored in a defreezing chamber 18 and a differential means 30 for outputting a rate of variation of output of this means. This control device is further provided with a memory device 33 for storing a control rule for calculating an operating amount of each of a defreezing fan 23 and the heater 27 in respect to these output information. A fuzzy deduction is carried out in response to an output from the foodstuff temperature sensing means, an output from the differential means and a control rule from the memory device. In addition, it has a deduction means 32 for calculating an operating amount of each of the defreezing fan 23 and the heater 27 as well as a damper 22 for feeding air of low temperature to the defreezing chamber 18. Further, it has a refrigerator temperature sensing means 36 for sensing a temperature in the defreezing chamber and a damper control means 37 for use in controlling the damper 22 in response to information got from the sensing means.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid the abnormal operating condition of the title device and prevent the breakage of a compressor as well as an inverter by a method wherein the connection of 3-phase AC voltage to the compressor is switched before the compressor so as to obtain the normal rotating condition of the compressor when the connection of the 3-phase AC voltage to the inverter device and the compressor is in the condition of reverse rotation. CONSTITUTION:An air-conditioner is equipped with an inverter device 16, a compressor 1, whose number of rotation is controlled by the inverter 16, a voltage detecting device 22, detecting a voltage impressed on a switching element 19 and outputting a signal when the voltage is lower than a specified value, an output switching device 24, switching the phase of the output voltage outputted by the voltage detecting device 22, and a characteristic deciding device 23, operating the output switching device 24 when the signal is outputted from the voltage detecting device 22. The connection of the phases R, S, T of the 3-phase AC voltage for the inverter device 16 and the compressor 1 is switched before the compressor 1 when said connection is in the condition of reverse rotation. According to this method, abnormal operating condition is avoided and the breakage of the compressor 1 as well as the inverter device 16 can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid abnormal operating state of system by detecting a pressure based on the relation between the refrigeration cycle and the pressure and bringing the reverse connection of an inverter main circuit and a compressor into forward connection. CONSTITUTION:Suction pressure of an operating compressor 1 is detected through a pressure detector 20 and provided as an output signal D to a characteristic judging unit 21. In case of reverse time-pressure characteristic, the pressure decreases with time from a level P and thereby the characteristic judging unit 21 pulls the output signal E to 'H'. In an output switching unit 22, terminals (e) and (a) and terminals (f) and (c) are connected respectively, and a waveform signal is provided to the compressor 1 in order to operate the compressor 1 under forward state. The operation is carried out only at the time of charging power and the terminal connection of the output switching unit 22 is maintained so long as the phases R', S', T' of the compressor 1 are connected.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To avoid abnormal operational conditions, and prevent a compressor and inverter from being broken by a method wherein when the connection of 3 phase AC voltage between an inverter main circuit and the compressor is under a reverse condition, the connection of the 3-phase AC voltage to the compressor is switched over in the inverter so that the connection returns to a normal condition. CONSTITUTION:By a signal D which is input to a characteristic deciding device 21, it is decided whether the time-current characteristics are characteristics at the time of normal operation or characteristics at the time of reverse operation. If the time-current characteristics at the time of normal operation are shown, an output signal E is set at 'L', and terminals (b) and (a) of an output switchover device 22 are connected to terminals (d) and (c), and a wave form signal is output to a compressor 1. Also, if the time-current characteristics at the time of reverse operation are shown, the output signal E is set at 'H', and terminals (e) and (a) of the output switchover device 22 are connected to terminals (f) and (c), and a wave form signal is output to the compressor 1, and a reverse condition of the compressor 1 is changed to a normal condition and operated. As a result, when the connection of 3-phase AC voltage (phase R, S phase, T phase) between an interver main circuit 16 and the compressor 1 is under a reverse condition, the connection is switched over in the inverter so that the connection of the 3-phase AC voltage (R phase, S phase, T phase) returns to a normal condition.
