Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a damper opening and closing device, having a thin total thickness and controllable two or many chambers easily, in the damper opening and closing device controlling the inside temperature of a refrigerator or the like. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 27, rotated by a driving source 22 or a unit motor, is provided in the cylindrical space 18 of a housing 16, in which a cold air inlet port 19 and cold air outlet ports 20, 21 are arranged on the same circumference, while a detecting means 32, detecting the position of the rotor, is provided. A seal form 30, bonded on said rotor 27, is contacted with seal members 35a, 35b, 35c attached to the cold air inlet port 19 and the cold air outlet ports 20, 21 whereby a damper can be opened and/or closed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the wearing of a seal member and the sliding sound of the same by a constitution wherein a roller, provided on the bottom surface of a seal unit, is abutted against the inner peripheral surface of a circular recess while the seal unit is not abutted directly against the inner peripheral surface of the circular recess at positions except the seal unit, in which the inflow of cold air is controlled. CONSTITUTION:So-called click-stop is achieved when a roller 42, provided on a rotor 31, is fitted into one of recesses 40. On the contrary, the roller 42 of the rotor 31 will never be fitted into the recesses 40 at positions except the click-stop positions of the rotor 31. At this moment, the roller 42 is abutted against the inner peripheral surface 41 of a circular recess and retains the rotor 31 against a coil spring 39. Accordingly, there is a gap (g) between a seal member 36 and the inner peripheral surface 41 of the circular recesses at this moment and the seal member 36 will never slide on the inner peripheral surface 41 of the circular recesses whereby noise will never be generated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stop a driving body at an arbitrary position and to rotate the driving body normally by providing a rotational speed signal detecting means and an external control means outputting a driving source signal. CONSTITUTION:A motor 16 is provided with a switch 25a connected with an external control means 28. A control means 32 delivers a signal to a driving means 33 which then provides a signal to the motor 16 thus rotating the motor 16. The switch 25a detects a speed signal which is then compared through a comparing means 31 with data stored in a memory means 30 and if they match with each other, the control means 32 outputs a signal to sustain rotation of the motor 16. If the speed is high, the motor 16 is tried to be stopped otherwise it is tried to sustain rotation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stop a drive body in an arbitrary position by providing n-piece position detecting means which are displaced from each other by (360/2n) deg. according to rotation of the drive body and invert an output at each (360/n) deg. and (360(n-1)/n) deg., and interconnected in series. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is inputted from a control circuit, a motor 16 is run, and a rotor 19 is rotated in an annular recessed part 12 of a housing 10 through a reduction gear group 18. When both two chambers are low in temperature, a damper part 19b is stopped in a position to close an inlet part 14. In this state, a switch 25a is brought into an OFF-state and a switch 25b into an ON-state, and detection is practicable by inputting the resistance value of a resistor 26a to a control circuit. Similarly, detecting is practicable in a way that closing of an outlet part 15a brings both switches 25a and 25b into an ON-state to input 0OMEGA, the intermediate state of outlet parts 15a and 15b brings the switch 25a into an ON-state and the switch 25b into an OFF-state to input the resistance value of the resistor 26b, and closing of the outlet part 15b brings both 25a and 25b into OFF-states to input synthetic resistance of the resistors 26a and 26b.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the correct control of two chambers with a simple structure by a method wherein the title device is provided with a housing, in which the inlet port of cold air and two sets of outlet ports of cold air are arranged on the same circumference, a T-type rotor, connecting the inlet port of cold air to the outlet port of cold air, and an outside control means, detecting the position of the rotor and outputting a signal to a driving source. CONSTITUTION:A housing 8 is provided with a cold air inlet part 12, communicated with a cold air inflow port, and two sets of cold air outlet parts 13a, 13b on the same circumference at positions turned by 90 deg. while a T-type rotor 18, communicating rotatably the inlet part 12 of cold air with the cold air outlet parts 13a, 13b, is provided. A signal from a lead switch 21, detecting the position of the rotor 18, is inputted into an outside control circuit 22 while the signal from the outside control circuit 22 is inputted into a motor 15 whereby the rotor 18 can be stopped on every parts of the cold air inlet part 12 and two sets of cold air outlet parts 13a, 13b and the deviation of the position of the rotor due to the error of a timer and the like can be eliminated. Accordingly, two chambers can be controlled with the single unit of driving source and the single unit of rotor having simple structures whereby the title device can be manufactured with a low cost.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To always provide a pressure change and a signal change with fixed characteristics by fixing a core to be a magnetic body to one end of a transmission spindle fixed to bellows and arranging respective permanent magnets having the same polarity on the inner periphery of a through hole of a diaphragm for supporting the bellows and dividing a high pressure room from a low pressure room and the outer periphery of the transmission spindle. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical core 35 consisting of a magnetic body is fixed to the leading end part of the transmission spindle 34 fixed on the cylindrical fixing hole 26b and two semi-cylindrical permanent magnets 36 forming N pole on their outer peripheries are fixed on the center part opposed to the through hole 27a of the diaphragm 27. In addition, two semi-cylindrical permanent magnets 37 are fixed to the inner periphery of the through hole 27a so as to be combined with each other like a cylinder. When the bellows 26 is moved in the vertical direction by a pressure difference between the high and low pressure rooms 32, 31, the core 35 is moved in detecting coils 38, 39. Changes in the inductance values of the coils 38, 39 are converted into current changes corresponding to the changes of pressure by an electronic circuit substrate 41.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a damper thermostat to accurately sense the opening and closing positions of flaps and insure faultless contact of its contact points by providing, at an opening, two terminals and, over them, pressure-sensitive conductive rubber and, at a blade of rotor, a metal part which is put in contact with said pressure-sensitive conductive rubber. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature sensor indicates that the temperature inside a cold storage chamber falls below a specified point, a rotor 38 turns in the direction in which blades 38b, 38c thereof close openings 25a, 25b in a housing 20. A piece of pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 29 provided at the opening 25a is put in contact with a piece of metal 40 provided at the blade 38b of the rotor 38 and, when pressed under a certain pressure, becomes conductive so that a signal current flows between two terminals 28, stopping the rotation of a motor 34 and holding the blades at the positions for closure. When, contrarily, the temperature inside the cold storage chamber rises above a specified point, the rotor 38 turns in the direction for opening the openings 25a, 25b, putting a piece of metal 41 at a blade 38D of the rotor 38 in contact with a piece pressure-sensitive conductive rubber at a projection 31 in the housing 20, so that the rotation of the motor 34 is stopped and the blades are held at the positions for opening.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To minimize the size of a duct in the outflow direction thereof and provide a flap mechanism, simple in the structure and eliminating the generation of the flow resistance of a fluid, by a method wherein a flap member, operated orthogonally to the outflow direction of the duct by a driving member and opening and/or closing a flow out port, is slanted with respect to the outflow direction of the duct. CONSTITUTION:A round hole 5 for receiving a driving member 4 and substantially trunkated conical outflow ports 6 communicated with a duct port provided on an equal circumference are formed on a closed flat part 3 formed by the recesses 2, 2' of a casing member 1 attached to the duct port. The outflow port 6 is provided with a projected part 6a, projected out of the flat part 3, and is formed so as to have a slanted part 6b, slanted linearly with respect to the outflow direction of the duct. Flaps 9b are provided on a cylindrical part 9a at every 90 deg. with a slant in the outflow direction of the duct and same as the slant angle of the outflow port 6 and the rotation of a motor 4 is reduced by a gear box 8 to move a flap member 9 while the flap 9b is turned about 90 deg. whereby the flap 9b may come into contact with and/or separated from the outflow port 6.

CONSTITUTION: The damper opening/closing apparatus comprises a base plate 105 having an opening 107, a motor 103 as a drive source held by the plate 105, a baffle plate 102 rotatably supported to a shaft 104 of the plate 105 and rotated by the motor 103 to open or close the opening 107 of the pate 105, a worm gear 110 mounted at an output shaft of the motor 103, a slider 113 slidably supported to the plate 105 and having a gear groove 112 engaged with the gear 110, and a compression spring 114 provided between the motor 103 and the slider 113. With this constitution, since the plate 102 is rotated at the shaft 104 as a center via the slider 113 by rotation of the motor 103, a gear for decelerating the rotation of the motor via a reduction gear is eliminated, thereby reducing the number of components.
