    Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress a scattering wave in a specific direction not equal to an incident angle by irregularly disposing a stripelike conductor film. CONSTITUTION:When the intervals of arrays in a direction (x) in an absorber in which stripelike conductor films 1, 2 are disposed in 2 stages in a direction (z) are w1, w2, a scattering wave is generated by a current flowing on the films and a metal plate, and the angular characteristics of the wave can be approximated even if a regulation system is collapsed hy noting only the scattering wave components from the films 1, 2 by altering the w1, w2. That is, the current flowing on the plate is varied by the influence of the films, and when the regulation system of the array of the films 1, 2 arranged in the direction (z) is collapsed, the current on the plate is collapsed in the regulation system, and uniformly flows approximately.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a large amount of attenuation and to reduce influence on a leakage preventing effect, by arranging electrically conductive barlike conductor parts, and providing planar magnetic members between the neighbor ing parallel conductor parts. CONSTITUTION:Electrically conductive barlike conductor parts 1 are arranged in parallel. Planar magnetic members 2 are provided between the neighboring parallel conductor parts 1. As the magnetic members 2, the following material is used: a planar magnetic material comprising amorphous material, Permalloy, ferrite and the like having high permeability; or a linear magnetic material comprising the same materials. The materials are arranged in a planar state. When the materials are provided between parallel metal plates, the effect of the magnetic material is further added to the cut-off effect as a waveguide. Thus, a large amount of attenuation is obtained, and influence on a leakage preventing effect is reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate the electric field intensity of such electromagnetic wave radiated from a conduction cable. SOLUTION: An in-phase current energized to a conduction cable 3 which is to be evaluated is measured with a current probe 22, and the output voltage of the current probe 22 is detected with a receiver 23. With a calculation process based on the detection result of the receiver 23 and such characteristics approximate line as set in advance, an estimated value of electric field intensity of such electromagnetic wave radiated from a conduction cable 3 is calculated with a data processing system 24, so no complex simulation is required.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device wide in a service frequency band where electromagnetic shielding can be evaluated. SOLUTION: An evaluation device has a waveguide 1 and a wave absorber 2 filled in the waveguide 1. A space part 3 with a width 2d is formed in a center position in a width direction, and the wave absorber 2 are arranged on both sides. The height of the waveguide 1 is made low to half the wavelength or less so as to prevent the generation of a mode with the electromagnetic field changing in a y-direction. The width 2d of the space part 3 to be a waveguide path is limited, and the wave absorber 2 not so large in conductivity is used to reduce reflection at a boundary face between the wave absorber 2 and the space part 3 so as to prevent the generation of an x-direction higher- order mode.

CONSTITUTION: A personal computer 5 is used as a controller, and a probe 3 comprises an ammeter 1 for detecting leak current and a two-dimensional position detector 2 which are assembled as a single unit, wherein the two-dimensional position detector 2 uses a mouse connected to the personal computer 5. The ammeter 1 for detecting flow-out current is built into the mouse, and by operating the mouse so that its bottom is in contact with a surface of a metallic housing, both position information and a current value can be obtained, so that intensity can be indicated on a map on a computer screen.
