    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are generally directed to an apparatus for wireless communication. The apparatus generally includes a processing system configured to determine a size of a transport block for a data channel based on a quantity of available resource elements of an allocation of resources for the transport block, the resources being allocated for transmission of data encoded in a plurality of slots of the data channel using slot aggregation, wherein the allocated resources in the plurality of slots have different quantities of available resource elements for the data, and generate the data channel in accordance with the determined size of the transport block, and an interface configured output the data channel for transmission.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first device may identify that a first set of transmission resources in a transmission time interval (TTI) has a higher priority at a second device than a second set of transmission resources in the TTI. The first device may identify that a message is to be transmitted from the first device to the second device via the TTI and process the message into a bit sequence based on the identification of the second set of transmission resources in the TTI, where the processing increases a likelihood that systematic bits of the message are received at the second device despite presence of the second set of transmission resources in the TTI. The first device may transmit the bit sequence to the second device via the TTI.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Examples may include a receiving wireless device located in a first geographic zone receiving multiple signals from one or more transmitting wireless devices. The receiving wireless device may determine based on the received signals that the one or more transmitting devices are located in a second geographic zone. The receiving wireless device may determine configured transmit power information for each of the signals received from the transmitting wireless devices located in the second geographic zone. The receiving wireless device may estimate a path loss of wireless communications between the first geographic zone and the second geographic zone based on the configured transmit powers received in the signals. The receiving wireless device may communicate within the second geographic location based on the estimated path loss between the first geographic region and the second geographic region.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for transmit/receive (TX/RX) beam association in millimeter wave (mmW) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communications. In conventional wireless systems, a node (e.g., gNB) that manages wireless resources is typically stationary. This means that transmissions from the network node over the same TX beam using the same antenna array orientation can be assumed to be quasi-collocated (QCLed) and communications may be established using fixed-to-mobile beam management approach. However, if the transmitting node is mobile, a quasi-collocation (QCL) assumption may not be valid. To address issues due to mobility of the nodes that manage wireless resources, a mobile-to-mobile beam management approach is proposed.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable mediums for wireless communication are disclosed by the present disclosure. In an aspect, a first user equipment (UE) receives data from one or more sensors associated with the first UE; identifies intent-related information related to an intent of the first UE, based on the data, wherein the intent-related information indicates exiting a parking spot, opening a door, providing OK to pass via blind spot detection, passing a vulnerable road user (VRU), passing a toll structure, entering a high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane, or making an emergency call (eCall); and communicates the intent-related information to a second UE. In another aspect, a first UE receives a message from a second UE including intent-related information related to an intent of the second UE based on data from one or more sensors associated with the second UE; and communicates with the second UE regarding the intent-related information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides for centralized, scheduler-based handling for UEs which transmit data to and receive data from a maneuver coordinator based on V2X communication. Once a UE is aware of the maneuver coordinator, the UE may send a request to the maneuver coordinator for maneuver operation scheduling. The maneuver coordinator then schedules and coordinates the UE's operation.
