Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the continuous chargeability by including a compound oxide of Li and at least one of Sn, Si and Ge in a positive electrode active material layer. SOLUTION: For example in a case of a lithium secondary battery, a compound oxide of Li and transition metal (preferably CO, Ni, Mn or the like) can generate high voltage when it is used as a positive electrode active material, and high energy density can be obtained. A compound represented by a general formula Li2MO3 is included in a positive electrode mix. In the formula, M is Sn, Si or Ge, in particular, Si is preferred. The compound is reacted with an acidic component included in an electrolyte to prevent a transition metal component in the positive electrode from being dissolved out in the electrolyte. As a result, the continuous chargeability of the battery can be improved. The compound is preferably included within a range at least 2 wt.% and at most 20 wt.% in the positive electrode mix, and at least 2 wt.% and at most 10 wt.% is further preferred.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of crosstalk even at a land/groove recording time and to improve recording/reproducing by making a height difference between a groove part and a land part 1μm or above. SOLUTION: A guide groove is formed so that the height difference t1 between the groove part 4 and the land part 3 of a disk substrate 1 becomes 1μm or above. Thus, when the groove part 4 is made a focal point of laser light, the light doesn't focus on the land part 3, and further, when the land part 3 is made the focal point, the light doesn't focus on the groove part 4. Then, when the groove part 4 is made the focal point of the laser light, and recording/reproducing is performed on the groove part 4, the laser light incident on the land part 3 doesn't focus on the land part 3, and the recording/ reproducing of the land part 3 isn't performed. Similarly, the recording/ reproducing of the groove part 4 isn't performed when the recording/reproducing is performed on the land part 3. Thus, no crosstalk occurs, and the land/groove recording is performed excellently.

CONSTITUTION:A polycrystalline semiconductor parts 2a, which are thinner than the other part, are formed in the state wherein they are arranged in mosaic form by selectively performing an etching on a polycrystalline layer 2. Said parts 2a can be arranged in a square-shaped reticulately arranged pattern using thickly formed polycrystalline semiconductor parts 2b, for example. subsequently, a heat treatment is performed under the state wherein solid state growth is generated on the part where crystal growth is easily generated by the interfacial energy especially in the thinly formed parts 2a. A heat treatment is performed at the temperature of 900 deg.C or thereabout when the parts 2a are in the thickness of 1,000Angstrom or less and a part which is thicker than the part 2b is formed on the parts 2b. As a result, a single crystal grain growing part 3 can be formed on the parts 2a.
