    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a water jet propeller capable of selectively employing an auxiliary jet nozzle and auxiliary water absorbing port with a simple structure so that a thrust and fuel consumption are improved and cost is reduced. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary jet nozzle 17 is provided to be branched from a duct 11 to the upstream side of a main jet nozzle 15, and a switch controller is provided which opens a switch valve 19 when a speed of a ship is low and closes the switch valve 19 when the speed of the ship is high. An auxiliary water absorbing port 18 joining in the duct 11 at the upstream side of a propeller 13 is provided and a switch valve 20 for joining fluid sucked up from the auxiliary water absorbing port 18 in the duct 11 is provided. A switch controller is provided which opens a switch valve 20 when the speed of the ship is low and closes the switch valve 20 when the speed of the ship is high.

CONSTITUTION:A driven shaft 22 is pivoted to a fixed casing 20, while two brake disks 26, 32, a brake piston 33 and a braking cap 35 are all housed in an annular space made up of the driven shaft 22 and a ring fixed sleeve 28 attached to the fixed casing, and two clutch disks 27, 52 and a clutch piston 57 are all housed in an annular space made up of a tip end side of the driven shaft 22 and a ring rotary casing 46, then these members housed in respective ring spaces are made so as to be taken out of the tip end side of the driven shaft 22.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a sudden stop and a sudden start by decreasing the moment of inertia by means of installing a rotary disc brake of a brake part or a rotary clutch disc of a clutch part directly on a driven shaft of a clutch. CONSTITUTION:A fly-wheel 21 and a driven shaft 22 are connected and disconnected to and from each other by a clutch braking device CD. A brake part 24 has a rotary disc brake 28 installed on it by way of connecting a spline 27 to the driven shaft 22 and a fixed brake disc 29. A clutch part 25 has a rotary clutch disc 35 directly provided on a spline 34 on the driven shaft 22 and a fixed clutch disc 36 making contact with it. In this constitution, a member to rotate in cooperation with the driven shaft is to be only a rotary disc and the moment of inertia is decreased, and accordingly, it is possible to make a sudden stop and a sudden start and to miniaturize it.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce transmit torque loaded to a clutch by quantity of the reduction gear ratio by arranging planetary speed reducer at between a screw spindle and a fly-wheel and also hydraulic clutch at between the input shaft and the fly-wheel. CONSTITUTION:A motor 17 is driven and the fly-wheel 15 is rotated. Hydraulic oil is supplied in a cylinder 21 from a hydraulic oil unit through a rotary joint 24, and a clutch piston 21' is shifted to disk 20', 23' sides and mutually pressure- welded, and the fly-wheel 15 and the input shaft 14 are connected to rotate the input shaft 14. Rotation of the input shaft 14 is transmistted to a planetary gear 13 through a sun gear 14' to rotate a planetary carrier 11. Therefore, the screw spindle 3 is rotated and a sliding member 2 is descended through a female screw 4 to form under pressurizing the material to be worked. After completion of the forming work, the hydraulic oil is supplied into the oil hydraulic cylinder 6 to ascend a piston 7. By this method, even if the driving source and the fly-wheel are small size, the sufficient pressurized force can be obtd.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize an energy saving and to make an oil pressure generating device compact by making a clutch to join only at the pistons moving forth time and driving a piston by the other hydraulic unit at the piston moving back time. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a fly wheel 3 is rotated in the direction pushing down a slide member 8 by a screw spindle 5, the spindle 5 is rotated by turning on the clutch incorporated in the fly wheel 3 and the slide member 8 is descended. A piston 10 then pushes out a hydraulic oil 12. The hydraulic oil 12 is then fed into the main cylinder of a press and press forming is executed by a die. For separating the die, a moving platen is retreated by feeding the oil pressure fed from the hydraulic unit provided separately at the piston rod side in a pullback cylinder. The hydraulic oil in the main cylinder is then pushed back and flowed back to a hydraulic cylinder 11 with pushing up the piston 10. One cycle is completed at the time when the slide member 8 reaches the upper end of a stroke.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtains a double-action press having high utilization value at a low cost by providing side eccentric bodies to both sides of a pin of a crank shaft for driving an inner slide and connecting the eccentric bodies to an outer slide and driving mechanism for the same. CONSTITUTION:The crank shaft 17 is rotated to eject a cushion cylinder, rod 9 and piston 10 by an outer crank pin 12 so that an upper link 3 and a knuckle pin 4 are held stretched. Dies are brought into tight contact with each other above and below by means of the outer slide 8. The center of the knuckle pin 4 is held offset in this stage by the distance (e) from the line connecting the centers of the side eccentric bodies 2 and a gudgeon pin 7. The crank shaft 1 is then rotated and the inner slide 15 executes the pressurizing operation by a punch. The side eccentric bodies 2 on both sides make the same rotation as the rotation of the inner crank pin 16 and the outer slide 8 is forced to descend to generate the die clamping force.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an energy-saving type motor which can be instantaneously started or stopped with a compact structure by mounting a flywheel mounted with a rotor through a clutch on a rotational shaft, and interposing a brake between a case and the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 4 is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of a case 1 and a rotor core 6 mounted on a flywheel 5 is opposed to the inner peripheral side. The flywheel 5 is mounted through a drive clutch having a frictional plate group 12 on a rotational shaft 14. Further, a brake having a frictional plate group 22 is interposed between the case 1 and the shaft 14. Thus, the shaft 14 can be momentarily controlled by controlling a drive clutch and a brake.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the speed of a press operation and to improve the efficiency thereof by driving the operation of a liquid pressure type double-action press which is provided with the advantages of both hydraulic press and mechanical press by means of power generators for a high-speed double-action hydraulic press. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic fluid is fed through respective pipings 6a, 6b by the power generator PGA for actuating a piston-like inner ram 2a which is fixed with an inner punch at the top end and the power generator PGB for actuating an annular outer ram 2b which is fixed with an upper die 3 at the top end and is penetrated with the ram 2a through the central part thereof in the stage of press working with the liquid pressure type double-action press having a liquid pressure type slide 2 consisting of said ram 2a and ram 2b. The outer ram 2b descends earlier than the inner ram 2a to close the dies and the ram 2a descends upon stopping of the outer ram to press the material to be worked in the dies and thereafter the inner ram ascends. The press operation is executed at the high speed and high efficiency by such doubleaction press operation.
