    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obviate the need of cleaning a floor by forming a number of air suction holes on the upper surface in 'tatami' state, allowing the air suction hole to communicate to an inside space, and form a suction port which communicate to the inside space in the upper surface part. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface part 1 of a system 'tatami' carpet is formed to have a 'tatami' carpet surface form. A number of air suction holes 3 are formed on the upper part 2 of a unit. The air suction holes 3 are allowed to communicate to the holes formed on a heavy holding frame body 4 consisting of a perforated plate. Further, a suction port 7 which is opened upward and communicates to a space 6 at leastin one place or more on the upper surface part 1, and a dust collector 8 is connected, and the air containing dust is sucked into the dust collector 8 through an air suction port 2, space 6 and the suction port 7.

CONSTITUTION:Fiber which is fiber consisting essentially of a polyamide composite material containing a dispersed silicate layered substance in which at least a polyamide such as nylon 6 or nylon 66 is partially present between layers of the silicate layered substance such as montmorillonite or saponite that is substantially oriented in the fiber axial direction and the above-mentioned polyamide molecules are oriented or conjugate fiber in which the polyamide composite material containing the dispersed silicate layered substance in which at least the polyamide is partially present between the layers of the silicate layered substance as a main raw material. Thereby, the objective fishing line is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the catching effect simultaneously with the dust removal by constituting the tuft tip part of electret non-woven fabric having surface charge density exceeding a prescribed value, and also, whose METSUKE and width dimensions are specified. CONSTITUTION:A tuft tip part 3 is constituted of electret non-woven fabric having surface charge density of 1X10 coulomb/cm or more, and also, whose METSUKE, and width are 10g/m -20g/m , and 5-500mm, respectively. In this case, as for the non-woven fabric, it is desirable to use the melt blow non-woven synthetic fiber because not only they are excellent in softening, but also the tip of short fibers for constituting the non-woven fabric twines round to dust, etc., and catching force becomes stronger. Also, in these dusters, it is desirable that they consist of the tuft tip part 3 consisting of many thin width sheets of electret non-woven fabric and a bar-like handle part 1, and the tuft tip part is attachable/detachable. In such a way, even if a body to be washed is washed, it does not occur that dust, etc., are scattered, and they are caught almost completely.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure the accurate reading performance with an optical read mark recording fabric despite the repetition of a high temperature press treatment by covering the surface of a single superfine fiber set at an identification mark part with the resin of a triazine and/or melamine derivative system. CONSTITUTION:A fabric is primarily made of the superfine fibers of 1 - 0.00001 denier and contains an identification mark which is recorded and can be optically read. Then the surface of a single superfine fiber positioned at least at the identification mark position is covered primarily with the resin of a triazine and/or melamine derivative system. Thus the recording fabric can be accurately read by an optical reader with no error produced substantially. Furthermore the recording fabric is never deteriorated nor faded even with a press treatment applied at a high temperature for cleaning, etc. Thus the recorded information can be accurately read with no deterioration of the print quality.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cloth having particular structure with excellent fashionability and designability by preparing a narrow sheet and laminating a plurality of the sheets in such a manner as to form a stacked structure like a tiled roof stacked one upon another in multiple layers. CONSTITUTION:Narrow sheets S1 to S7 such as woven, knit or nonwoven fabric sheets having a width of preferably 1-200mm are stacked one upon another to form overlapped part having a proper width and obtain a superposed structure (or said thin sheets and a web are integrally linked with each other to form a superposed structure). The structure is sewn in the direction of the width of the narrow sheet to obtain a cloth having a particular structure with high water-repellency, gas-permeability and designability. A chic garment such as outer wear exhibiting a variety of appearance can be produced by forming a pattern with the sewing thread in the direction different from the superposed direction or by constructing a part of the superposed structure with narrow sheets having color and/or pattern reversibly variable by temperature and/or ultraviolet radiation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stably and readily copy a sharp image on photographic cloth by forming a first layer with a specific extra fine fabric cloth layer and employing an adhesive layer as a second layer and forming a third layer with film and/or paper. CONSTITUTION:The first layer is made of an extra fine fabric cloth of 1 to 0.00001 denier, the second layer of the adhesive layer, and the third layer of film and/or paper. The cross-section of the 1 to 0.00001 denier extra fine fabric is not limited to a cycle, and an elliptic shape of a greater compression and a rectangular cross-section are preferable. When their surface layers are compared with that of the circular cross-section in terms of fineness of the same thread, they are greater to improve fineness and smoothness. the fine and smooth surface made of the extra fine fabric is used as a layer to be copied, and is integrated with paper and/or film through the adhesive layer to fix the shape. Thus, a sharp image is stably and readily copied on photographic cloth.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make bright display with excellent sharpness by forming the display element unit having an optical path control part in contact with a transparent substrate and a voltage impressing part and forming the optical path control part of a material the refractive index of which changes according to the potential impressed from the voltage impressing part. CONSTITUTION:Polyviny chloride having 1.55 refractive index is used as the transparent substrate 1 and the optical path control part 2 for which (4- cyanophenyl)-4'-n heptyl cyclohexane incorporated with the fine powder of titanium oxide is used is formed on this substrate 1. Transparent segment electrodes are formed atop the control part 2 and a common electrode is formed on the rear surface of the substrate 1 as the segment electrode constitution for displaying numbers as the voltage impressing part 3. Light 4 propagating in the transparent substrate is made incident at 75 deg. incident angle or the boundary of the substrate 1 and the control part 2 from the side face of the substrate 1. This light 4 is totally reflected by the boundary surface and is not made incident at all on the control part 2 and is, therefore, entirely prevented from leaking to the outside world. The bright display having the extremely good sharpness is executed in this way.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To impart excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, chemical modifiability, etc., to a sulfur-containing polyarylene resin molding, by introducing carboxyl groups into it by, e.g., oxidation with a peroxide or plasma treatment. CONSTITUTION:A molding of a polyarylene resin having sulfur or a sulfur- containing atomic group (e.g., poly-p-phenylene sulfide) is oxidized with a peroxide (e.g., peracetic acid) or oxidized by, e.g., plasma treatment. In this way, a molding comprising a carboxylic acid-containing polyarylene resin of a skeletal unit of the formula (wherein Ar is arylene, R is H or a substituent bonded to any carbon on the arylene group in each skeletal unit, m>=4 and x is 0-4) can be obtained. This molding can be suitably used as, e.g., an ion exchange membrane for electrolysis.
