Abstract: The bottom of a cement fiberboard article is coated by conveying the article across a gap between a first conveyor and second conveyer and applying a liquid radiation-curable coating system to at least the bottom surface of the article while the article passes over the gap. The coating system is radiation-cured to at least a reduced tack state before the coated surface contacts the second conveyor.

Abstract: Se puede hacer una solucion de isocianato bloqueado de baja viscosidad haciendo reaccionar juntos, un compuesto polimerico de isocianato y propilenglicol o una amina polimerica primaria o secundaria y propil carbonato. El polimero resultante de beta-hidroxipropil uretano puede ser combinado con propilenglicol monometil eter como solvente de reduccion para formar una solucion con solidos altos que se puede vertir y con buenas propiedades de flujo a temperatura ambiente. La solucion tiene una viscosidad mas baja que la que es obtenida utilizando etilenglicol como el agente de bloqueo o utilizando varios solventes de reduccion que no son HAPs que son similares al propilenglicol monometil eter. La solucion puede ser combinada facilmente con ingredientes de pintura para electrodeposito para formar una composicion de recubrimiento que se puede curar.
