Abstract:
In an imprint method in a condensable gas atmosphere, the force (mold releasing force) required to separate a mold from a resist cured film (mold release) has been large. A photocurable composition for performing imprint in an atmosphere containing a condensable gas includes a component (A) which is a (meth)acrylate monomer; a component (B) which is a photopolymerization initiator; and a component (C) which is a mold releasing agent. The saturated solubility of the component (C) in the condensable gas at 5 degrees (Celsius) and 1 atm is 50% by weight or more, the condensable gas being in a liquid state at 5 degrees (Celsius) and 1 atm.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adhesive composition, including: 100 parts by weight (mass) of an unvulcanized rubber; and from 20 to 100 parts by weight (mass) of an adhesive hydrocarbon-based resin with a softening point of 40°C or less, as well as relates to an adhesive foamable sheet including: an adhesive layer including the adhesive composition mentioned above; and a foamable rubber layer including a foaming agent, a curing agent, and an unvulcanized rubber. The adhesive composition of the present invention has both good adhesive properties and processability, and can form an adhesive layer in which cold-flow is controlled. In addition, in the adhesive foamable sheet of the present invention, cold-flow can be controlled.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a protective cover for a 5G wireless telecommunications device and, in particular, its use in a method of reducing signal attenuation experienced by a 5G wireless communications device.

Abstract:
Disclosed are binders and methods for making such binders with crude sterols. The crude sterols improve various rheological properties of the binders. The disclosure provides a method for slowing the aging rate of aged asphalt binder comprising adding a crude sterol to an asphalt binder, wherein the asphalt binder comprises both virgin asphalt binder, and reclaimed asphalt binder material comprising asphalt pavement (RAP), asphalt shingles (RAS) or combinations of RAP and RAS.
Abstract:
A piezoelectric polymer composite material includes piezoelectric particles dispersed in a matrix made from a polymer material. The piezoelectric particles is composed primarily of lead zirconate titanate having a general formula of Pb(ZrxTi1−x)O3 and each of the piezoelectric particles contains a mixture of tetragonal crystals and rhombohedral crystals.
Abstract:
A sensing material for use in a sensor is disclosed. Such a sensing material includes a polymer base and a piezoresistive nanocomposite embedded into the polymer base in a continuous pattern. The nanocomposite comprises a polymer matrix and a plurality of conductive nanofillers suspended in the matrix. The conductive nanofillers may be one or a combination of nanotubes, nanowires, particles and flakes. The density of the plurality of nanofillers is such that the nanocomposite exhibits conductivity suitable for electronic and sensor applications.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hot-meltable curable silicone composition for compression molding or laminating and a laminate provided with at least one layer comprising the composition, as well as a semiconductor device using these and a method of manufacturing the same. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to efficiently manufacture a semiconductor device provided with a hemi-spheroidal lens- or dome-shaped seal. In the present invention, it is easy to control the shape of the seal, and the seal does not contain any bubbles. In the present invention, it is also easy to control the thickness of the coating layer of the semiconductor device apart from the seal.
