The method involves providing panels at a lower side with a guiding groove (22), and providing two opposite sides with profiled edge regions that comprise coupling parts (17A-17B). Two profiled edge regions are formed such that one region is seen in a cross-section of the panel, transverse to the guiding groove and extends at the lower side of the panel up to the guiding groove. The guiding groove and the profiled edge regions are performed such that the guiding groove in a coupled condition of the floor panels is covered partially by a material portion. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a floor panel comprise coupling parts (2) a device for transporting panels through a processing machine.

The invention relates to a floor panel (1) comprising: male coupling means (2) and female coupling means (3) that are formed by at least one proximal groove (4, 6) that opens onto a lower face or upper face, respectively, of the panel (1) and by a distal flexible tongue (5, 7) that extends from the end of the edge of the panel (1) towards the lower face or upper face, respectively, of said panel (1); the tongue (5, 7) has a proximal wall inclined at an angle (β, α) with respect to a vertical plane towards the bottom and the outside of the panel (1) and towards the top and the outside of the panel (1), respectively; the tongue (5, 7) of at least one of the male coupling means (2) or female coupling means (3) has a distal wall comprising, at least, a protrusion (11) or a notch (15) that is able to engage with a notch (12) or a protrusion (16) formed in or on a proximal wall of the proximal groove (6, 4) of the corresponding female coupling means (3) or male coupling means (2) so as to form an end stop, avoiding vertical movement of a panel (1) with respect to an adjacent panel. According to the invention , the flexible tongue (7) of the female coupling means (3) comprises a chamfered part (13) that forms an angle of between 2° and 20° with respect to the main plane of the panel.

본 고안은 마그네슘보드를 이용한 벽 마감재에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 마그네슘보드를 이용한 벽 마감재는, 산화마그네슘 40 중량%, 염화마그네슘 25 ~ 29 중량%, 목질섬유 5 ~ 9 중량%, 석영분 7 중량%, 태백분 2 중량%, 경석 16 중량%, 첨가제 1 중량%로 구성되어 있으며, 양 측벽면에 전, 후로 이격된 위치에 "ㄷ"형의 단면을 갖는 삽입홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 삽입홈의 전면과 후면에는 일정한 길이를 가지면서 중앙 방향을 향해 깊이가 얕아지도록 경사진 형태의 쐐기홈이 형성되어 있으며, 벽면에 좌, 우로 서로 이격되어 위치하는 다수 개의 제1마그네슘보드와; 상기 제1마그네슘보드와 동일한 재질로 이루어져 있고, 인접한 제1마그네슘보드의 삽입홈에 양 측면이 삽입되어 후면이 벽면과 이격되어 이격부를 형성하되, 상기 쐐기홈에 대응되어 쐐기홈에 삽입되도록, 테이퍼진 형태의 삽입돌기가 형성되어 있으며, 전면에 상하로 다수 개의 밴딩홈이 형성되어 있는 제2마그네슘보드와; 제2마그네슘보드를 향해 측방향으로 볼록한 단면을 갖는 라운드부와, 라운드부의 양측 끝단에 일체로 형성되어 있는 원형의 돌출부로 구성되어 있으며, 신축성을 갖는 재질로 이루어져 있고, 상기 돌출부가 쐐기홈의 선단과 삽입돌기의 선단 사이에 끼워진 채 라운드부는 삽입홈 내부에 제1마그네슘보드와 제2마그네슘보드 사이에 끼워져 제2마그네슘보드의 중앙 측을 향해 제2마그네슘보드를 밀어내는 방향으로 힘을 가하도록 구성된 연결부재;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 고안에 의해, 산화마그네슘 40 중량%, 염화마그네슘 25 ~ 29 중량%, 목질섬유 5 ~ 9 중량%, 석영분 7 중량%, 태백분 2 중량%, 경석 16 중량%, 첨가제 1 중량%로 마그네슘보드를 구성하여 난연성 및 불연성이 우수하면서도 유해성분의 함량을 최소화시켜 친환경적인 벽 마감재가 제공되며, 특히 삽입홈을 갖는 제1마그네슘보드와, 삽입홈에 끼워지는 제2마그네슘보드가 상호 조립되는 구조를 갖되, 제2마그네슘보드가 뒷면의 벽에 접착제 등을 통해 고정되는 방식이 아니라, 인접한 두 개의 제1마그네슘보드에 끼워지는 형태로 형성함으로써 유해 접착제의 사용량을 최소화시켜 보다 친환경적인 벽 마감재가 제공된다.
