Abstract:
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verstelleinheit für ein Kraftfahrzeug, die zur Einstellung eines Kraftfahrzeugteiles dient, und umfasst folgende Verfahrensschritte: Bereitstellen mindestens einer Strahlungsquelle, mit der eine zum Laserschweißen verwendbare Laserstrahlung erzeugbar ist; Bereitstellen mindestens eines Gehäuseteiles der Verstelleinheit, das zumindest teilweise aus einem für die Laserstrahlung der Strahlungsquelle nicht durchlässigen (nicht transparenten) Material besteht; Bereitstellen mindestens eines weiteren Gehäuseteiles der Verstelleinheit, das zumindest teilweise aus einem für die Laserstrahlung der Strahlungsquelle durchlässigen (transparenten) Material besteht; Anordnen weiterer Funktionskomponenten der Verstelleinheit an mindestens einem der Gehäuseteile, so dass diese in oder an dem aus den Gehäuseteilen zusammengesetzten Gehäuse angeordnet werden; Verbinden der Gehäuseteile, indem das Gehäuse und die Strahlungsquelle derart zueinander positioniert werden, dass hiervon ausgesandte Laserstrahlung durch einen für die Strahlung durchlässigen Bereich des Gehäuses hindurch auf einen für die Strahlung undurchlässigen (also diese absorbierenden) Bereich des Gehäuses trifft und hierdurch zwei aneinander anliegende Bereiche der Gehäuseteile miteinander verbindet, und derartiges Positionieren des Gehäuses und der Strahlungsquelle zueinander, dass von der Strahlungsquelle ausgesandte Laserstrahlung durch einen für die Laserstrahlung durchlässigen Bereich hindurch in das Innere des Gehäuses eindringt und dort mindestens eine in dem Gehäuse angeordnete Funktionskomponente der Verstelleinheit mit dem Gehäuse verbindet.

An electric door driving mechanism includes a base mount having an accommodation groove, a sliding groove below the accommodation groove and a bottom opening communicated with the sliding groove, a slide slidably moveable in the sliding groove, a door panel mounting member moveable along with the slide, a linear motor having a stator disposed in the accommodation groove, and a mover fixed on the slide and drivenable by the stator to move, and front and rear water-resistant pieces fixed to the base mount and partially abutted with each other to close the bottom opening while a body portion of the door panel mounting member passes between the front and rear water-resistant pieces and has front and rear sides abutted against the front and rear water-resistant pieces, respectively, thereby preventing foreign objects and liquid from entering the inside of the electric driving mechanism via the bottom opening.

A drive device, preferably a window raising mechanism drive, in a motor vehicle, includes a drive housing, in particular a gear mechanism housing, and a brushless electric motor, disposed in the drive housing and having a stator with a stator base member, which is disposed on a housing-secured, tubular stator carrier and is intended for a stator winding, and a rotor with a rotor shaft, which is guided into the drive housing or gear-mechanism housing by the stator carrier. The stator carrier is integrated in one piece in the drive housing or gear-mechanism housing.

The present invention is generally a movable barrier assembly that includes a screen garage door that may be remotely operated to open and close an entry to a garage, thereby facilitating ventilation, and preventing debris such as leaves, insects, etc. from entering the garage. In an exemplary embodiment, a screen assembly includes a first track running substantially parallel to a second track on which a garage door travels. A movable barrier operator that actuates the garage door and screen door may include a first motor to operate the screen door, and a second motor to operate the garage door. In exemplary embodiments, a single control unit is configured to operate both motors and thus operate each movable barrier.
