PURPOSE: A high technological eco-friendly producing method is provided to prevent the spiral vortex phenomenon in the rearward of a water gate. CONSTITUTION: A high technological eco-friendly producing method comprises the next step. A first operating link shaft and a first operating link are installed in the upper end of the operational axle of the water gate. An operating link(15) is installed in the end of the operational axle of the water gate and is combined with the water gate and shaft in order to facilitate the movement along with an operating link hinge(16). A siphon path is composed in the water gate front surface in double dome shape in order to preferentially exhaust the clean river water in which the specific gravity is heavy.

PURPOSE: A water quantity control type water gate system is provided to discharge water using a pump and to control the discharging quantity by using a main gate and a secondary gate. CONSTITUTION: A water quantity control type water gate system comprises a water gate support structure(110), a main gate(120), a main gate actuator(130), a rail(140), a secondary gate(150), a discharge pump(160), and a secondary gate actuator(170). A guide groove(112) is formed on the water gate support structure . Both ends of the main gate are inserted in the guide groove of the water gate support structure to be elevated. A discharge groove is formed on the main gate. The discharge pump is installed in the same central part of the secondary gate as the discharge groove of the main gate.

PURPOSE: A water gate device is provided to reduce inconvenience and cost according to the opening/closing of a water gate since a water-level sensor is installed on a reservoir or a bank so that a water storage state is stably maintained. CONSTITUTION: A water gate device comprises a water gate(110), an opening/closing unit(120), a water-level sensor(140) and a control unit(160). The water gate is installed to be able to open/close the drain path of a reservoir or a bank and controls the amount of stored water or the amount of discharged water. The opening/closing unit comprises a rotating unit, a main cylinder and a secondary cylinder. The rotating member is installed on both lower parts of the water gate. The main cylinder is rotatably installed on the floor of the drain path, rotates the rotating member and opens/closes the water gate. The secondary cylinder is rotatably installed on the floor of the drain path and is connected to a support.

PURPOSE: A method of purifying contaminated stream water is provided to change contaminated water to clean water without chemical/biological treatment. CONSTITUTION: A method of purifying contaminated stream water is as follows. Support structures(10) are respectively installed on both sides of a river and a waterway is formed between them. A water gate(20) is installed between both support structures. A plurality of supports(30) for supporting the water gate are slidably installed on the drain side of the water gate here and there. An operating cylinder(40), which can stand or throw down the water gate, is rotatably connected between each support and the floor of a waterway. A lifting cylinder(50), which can lift the water gate, is installed in the support. A guide hole(31) is formed on a side facing the water gate of the support in a longitudinal direction.

PURPOSE: A floodgate using a winch is provided to be stably ascended and descended by supporting both sides of a floodgate body to guide grooves of a floodgate structure. CONSTITUTION: A floodgate using a winch comprises a floodgate body, a skin plate(30), an elastic body, a winch, and a wire rope end assembly. The floodgate is ascended and descended along guide grooves of a floodgate structure(10). The skin plate is installed on the front surface of the floodgate body. The elastic body is installed in the skin plate and is in contact with an elastic body support plate(14). The winch is installed on the top of the floodgate structure and ascends and descends the floodgate body along the guide grooves. The wire rope end assembly is installed on the top of the floodgate structure and is connected to the end of a wire rope.

PURPOSE: A turn-over movable weir is provided to prevent damage to a water gate by obstacles by keeping the water gate in an upright position even when a hydraulic cylinder malfunctions due to the exhaustion of fluid in a hydraulic tank. CONSTITUTION: A turn-over movable weir comprises a water gate(10), a rotary shaft(20), a support bracket(30), a cross link part, a hydraulic cylinder part, and a guide rail part. The water gate blocks up the river water flowing in from the upper stream. The rotary shaft is fixed to both sides of the bottom of the water gate. The cross link part is composed of a first and a second cross link which cross each other and are pivotally coupled with a first pin. The guide rail part includes a guide rail and supports a hydraulic cylinder and a reinforcing support.

PURPOSE: A nature-friendly water purifying method using a water gate system of multi-step water purification mode is provided to purify contaminants by discharging the contaminants along with water from the bottom of a tank. CONSTITUTION: A support stand is composed in a river bottom in a concrete structure. A shaft supporter(11) of a water gate, combined with a shaft of a water gate(1) is installed in the exterior of the support stand and an operation support stand(5), is fixed on the shaft of the water gate. A rotary water gate(20) comprises a supporting structure, a water proof plate, a supporting stand(13), a rotary shaft(23), a cylinder(31), a water gate plate(21), a connecting link(24), and a piston rod(32). The cylinder is rotated on a drain bottom of the water path. The connecting link is fixed to a drain end of the water gate plate. A front end of the piston rod is rotated at the connecting link to move the water gate plate directly according to the expansion of the cylinder to open or close the water path. The polluted is purified by draining water from a receiving space when separating the water gate plate from the bottom surface of the water path.

A nature-friendly engineering method for purifying polluted water by having a system for purifying the polluted water into purified water is provided to discharge impurities and river water together and to purify the water naturally by fixing a front end of a piston rod of a second operating cylinder, rotating a water gate with 270°, and opening and closing a channel. A water gate is combined with an integrated control system and formed with a water gate plate(31) and two side plates(32) from the opened position of the water gate. An impact absorbing packing member is fixed to the outer part of the boundary area of the water gate plate and the side plates to be continuous to the longitudinal direction of the water gate. An operating link(34) is drawn to a lower side from a sealed space of a rotary shaft. A first operating cylinder is installed to the upper part of the sealed space. A support roller is rotatably mounted to the horizontal place to the first operating cylinder. A connecting member is connected to the front end of the operating link. A pressing plate(35) is withdrawn to the opposed direction of the withdrawing direction of the operating link through the rotary shaft. A support plate(62) and an operating plate are fixed to the outside of the pressing plate. A ring shaped slider(64) formed with an operating groove(65) is fitted from the operating plate to the support plate. A front end of the piston rod of a second operating cylinder(61) is rotatably fixed to the operating plate. The water gate is rotated with 270° through interlock of the operating cylinders to open and close a channel(11).
