    Abstract: A locking device for immobilizing a swivel axle (4) between an upper and lower slideway (1, 2) of a balcony glass element (3) or another like element movable along the upper and lower slideway (1, 2) in a locking position which enables turning of the element (3) relative to said swivel axle.
