Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, dass bei einer auftretenden Undichtheit der Dichtelemente (5,12) am Kolben (4) aus der Gasraumseite Gas über die Entlüftungsnut des Kolbens nach außen über die Abluftbohrung beziehungsweise durch den gasdurchlässigen Verschlussstopfen (11) gelangen, während Flüssigkeiten wie Spritzwasser und Ähnliches nicht von außen nach innen durchdringen kann.
