Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical image forming method of extending the imaging depth range at a lower cost.SOLUTION: An optical imaging apparatus 400 is an apparatus that forms a tomographic image of an object using FD-OCT, and performs a scanning step, detection step and imaging step. In the scanning step, the object is scanned with a signal light while alternately changing the phase difference between the signal light and a reference light to two preset phase differences. In the detection step, interference light of the signal light passing through the object and the reference light is detected. In the imaging step, a tomographic image of the object is formed based on the detection results of a plurality of the interference lights sequentially obtained in the detection step according to the scanning.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a multiplexed spectral interference light coherence tomography enabling full range OCT measurement without delay in measuring time due to high-order scanning and including no image of complex conjugate. SOLUTION: The multiplexed spectral interference light coherence tomography includes a beam splitter 3 which is arranged on a light path 2 from a light source 1 and splits object light 4 and reference light 5; a scanning device 6 for scanning a measurement object 8 with the object light 4 which is arranged on the light path of the object light 4, a spectrometer 9 for receiving light which is superimposed with the object light 4 from the beam splitter 3 and the reference light 5, a first polarization selector 37 arranged on the light path 2 between the light source 1 and the beam splitter 3, and a second polarization selector 38 which is arranged on the light path of outgoing side of the beam splitter 3 toward the spectrometer 9.
