Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for approximating the influence of an optical system to the state of the polarization of optical radiation having low cost and improved accuracy. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of supplying entering optical radiation related to the optical system, in a plurality of entering states of polarization including at least one entering state having a circular polarization radiation component; a step of directing the entering optical radiation toward the optical system; a step of measuring at least one characteristic, including phase distribution in the optical radiation, where the result generated from the optical system related to each of a state in which polarization enters, goes out; and a step of approximating the influence of the optical system with respect to the state of the polarization of the optical radiation, by evaluating the measured characteristics of optical radiation that goes out. Abstract in simplified Chinese:本发明提供用于临场与离场测量由光学系统所产生之闪光的复振幅模数以及强度之空间分布的设备及其方法。临场与离场测量包含干涉以及非干涉测量,测量使用同时位于光学系统之物面中的绕射点之数组以增大共轭像平面中关于闪光的所测量之性质的信号。绕射点产生具有随机化相对相位之绕射光束。通常,干涉分布测量使用相移点绕射干涉测量法以产生地形干扰信号,且非干涉测量是基于闪光之除地形干扰信号以外之相关信号来进行。借由侦测器产生地形干扰信号以及闪光相关信号以作为电干扰信号或电闪光相关信号或者作为记录媒体中之相对应的曝光诱发变化。
