Abstract:
본 발명은 풍황조건(풍속, 풍향, 대기압력, 온도 등등)을 정확히 측정하기 위하여 풍력 터빈 주위에 설치되는 풍황계측타워에 관한 것으로, 좀더 자세히 설명하면, 세로 직립된 복수개의 지주와, 상기 지주 사이를 연결하는 연결봉과, 상기 지주 상단과 하단 외측으로 돌출되어 있는 받침편과, 상기 받침편 위로 결합구가 형성되어 있는 고정플렌지가 일체로 형성되어 있는 연결타워들이 직렬로 연결되어 상하로 길게 직립된 풍황계측타워를 형성하고, 상기 타워와 대지가 전기적으로 분리되어 있도록 함으로써, 용이하게 설치할 수 있고 낙뢰로부터 안전하도록 한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flood forecast method using MAPLE weather forecast data and a device thereof. According to the present invention, the flood forecast method using MAPLE weather forecast data comprises a step of extracting hourly MAPLE rainfall forecast data for a flood forecast area from a weather radar; a step of extracting hourly observed mean rainfall volume data for the area from a rainfall observatory in the area; a step of extracting hourly runoff volume data corresponding to hourly water level observation data from a water level observatory in the area; a step of forming flood forecast models by learning multiple input data models obtained by combining the MAPLE rainfall forecast data, the observed mean rainfall volume data for the area, and the runoff volume data through stored past flood events; a step of forecasting the flood through the flood forecast models by the lead time of the flood forecast and then selecting the flood forecast models forecasting the flood most accurately the lead time; and a step of generating a final flood forecast model by combining the flood forecast models selected by the lead time. The present invention can increase the accuracy of the flood forecast using the MAPLE weather forecast data as short-term rainfall forecast data and all kinds of observation data, and can easily generate and renew the flood forecast models only using the monitoring data and the weather forecast data easily obtained by ANFIS-based flood forecast models as a data-oriented model.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system for predicting the strength change of typhoon and storm surge along the Korean coasts and a method for the same are provided to improve the accuracy of prediction. CONSTITUTION: A warming environment forming part(110) forms future warming environment based on surface sea temperatures and atmospheric parameters of warming environment. A typhoon simulating part(120) simulates typhoon on the sea along the Korean coasts using weather research and forecasting 3.1 model based on the future warming environment. A storm surge simulating part(130) simulates storm surge on the sea along the Korean coasts using realtime tide and surge model based on the future warming environment. A predicting part(140) predicts the strength change of the typhoon and the storm surge based on the simulation results.
