Abstract: PURPOSE: A horizontal field calculation system of weather observation data and a method thereof are provided to convert a transverse Mercator (TM) coordinate into a latitude longitude coordinate, express weather field contour on a map, and extract the same latitude weather variable change of constant intervals. CONSTITUTION: A weather field topography generation module (100) generates topography data of a domain by reprocessing a weather field which is extracted from a geo statistical (GS) program. A weather field generation module (200) generates a weather field by using the extracted weather field and the topography data. The weather field topography generation module includes a coordinate system conversion module (110) and a topography data generation module (120). The coordinate system conversion module converts TM coordinate information of an X axis and a Y axis for a grid in a domain which is included in a file of the GS program from a TM coordinate system to a latitude longitude coordinate system. The topography data generation module generates topography data corresponding to latitude longitude coordinate information by using topographic maps (TOPO) information. Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for observing the thermal environment of tidal flats in coastal wetland and a method for the same are provided to find the influence of the tidal flats to the change of microclimate and to establish database for the climate information of coastal regions. CONSTITUTION: A system for observing the thermal environment of tidal flats in coastal wetland includes an observing system(100) and a thermal environment observing server(200). The observing system observes thermal environment of air, seawater, and deposit at the tidal flats and transmits observed results to the server. The server calculates and analyzes the correlation of thermal energy and carbon dioxide flux. Based on the analysis, the change of microclimate at the tidal flats is analyzed.
