Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature rise of a bearing even under high speed rotation, with stably low torque.
SOLUTION: This bearing has an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3 for guiding a plurality of rollers 1, and a ring-like holder 4 attached between the raceway rings. The holder 4 has a space keeper 4a for the rollers 1. In such a case, the holder 4 is a rolling bearing prepared by integrally compouding solid lubricant 5 made of mold of mixture of lubricating oil or lubricating grease, and super polymer polyolefin with its space keeper 4a. It is possible to prevent increase of torque of a bearing and suppress heating caused by entering of pieces after breakage of the solid lubricant 5, by reducing a contact area between the rollers 1 and the solid lubricant 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a product stably in dimension by grasping a processing condition through the monitoring of detected signals from a processing machine located at a remote site, and also through making proper adjustment and setting by means of remote control.
SOLUTION: This invention is related to a device processing a work W having a race groove (a) in which balls are rolled so as to be run, and the device is equipped with an information processing means 10 located at a remote site, which is connected by a telecommunication line 12. An individual processing device 1 allows a work to be processed by a processing machine part based on control from a control means 4, and is equipped with a setting means 15 having set basic processing information, and with a processing detection means 8. The difference between the set information of the setting means 15 and the detected information of the processing detection means 8, is operated by operation means 16, and is fed back to the control means 4. The fed back information is used for controlling the control means 4, and is concurrently transferred to the information processing means located at the remote site. A processing condition is grasped by the information processing means 10 at remote site, and the content of setting for the setting means 15 is renewed by information given from the means 10 through the telecommunication line 12.
