Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature rise of a bearing even under high speed rotation, with stably low torque.
SOLUTION: This bearing has an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 3 for guiding a plurality of rollers 1, and a ring-like holder 4 attached between the raceway rings. The holder 4 has a space keeper 4a for the rollers 1. In such a case, the holder 4 is a rolling bearing prepared by integrally compouding solid lubricant 5 made of mold of mixture of lubricating oil or lubricating grease, and super polymer polyolefin with its space keeper 4a. It is possible to prevent increase of torque of a bearing and suppress heating caused by entering of pieces after breakage of the solid lubricant 5, by reducing a contact area between the rollers 1 and the solid lubricant 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce cost while achieving higher accuracy of perpendicularity between a shaft portion and a flange portion.
SOLUTION: A shaft member 2 consisting of the shaft portion 2a and the flange portion 2b is integrally molded with forging. The shaft member 2 is formed of a stainless steel and grinding finish is applied to the surface of the shaft member. The surface hardness of the shaft member is 500-550 Hv.
