PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a soundproofing material, even through it is subjected to a tacky adhesive working similar to that heretofore, and which is yet recyclable and does not require release paper. SOLUTION: This soundproofing material is formed by subjecting one surface of the soundproofing material of a planar shape to release agent coating and the remaining one surface to the tacky adhesive working after trimming.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a hole by heat-fusing an asphalt base sheet-like damping material even at a portion where a shoulder (step) is positioned near the hole. SOLUTION: An asphalt base sheet-like damping material 1 laminated with a thermoplastic resin sealing agent layer 2 to cover a hole 5 of a floor panel is put in such a manner that the sealing agent layer 2 contacts the hole 5, and the thermoplastic resin sealing agent is heated and melted to seal the hole and fusion-bond the sheet-like damping material with the floor panel. Even in the case of a floor panel with projections and indentations, sealing of the hole 5 and mounting of the sheet-like damping material 1 can simultaneously be completed, so as to improve manufacturing efficiency. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure around a dash insulator hole with a secondary noise absorbing function and a sound leakage preventing function, which is improved in manufacturing efficiency by eliminating the need for retrofit of a seal member around the dash insulator hole and reducing assembling man hours, and to provide a method for forming the same. SOLUTION: A low-density layer is formed according to need around the hole in the high-density layer side of the dash insulator 1 consisting of a low density layer 2 and a high-density layer 3. The low-density layer 5 formed around the low-density layer 2 and the high-density layer 3 is formed by RIM molding simultaneously. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like damping material to be adhered to a requisite location of the damping material at a floor part in a vehicle body that can be used by being adhered not only to the floor part in the vehicle body but also to another location at the vehicle body. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a sheet-like damping material of which body is adhered to a requisite location of the damping material at the floor in an assembled vehicle body. This sheet-like damping material has a sheet-like joint material connecting the sheet-like damping materials to each other. The sheet-like joint material is formed to have extendable or shrinkable fiber mixed with manufacturing material for the damping material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar finish engineering method by which further functions are added to the mortar while making the most of an original merit of the mortar. SOLUTION: On a finish wall by the mortar, a clear coating film having photocatalyst activity is formed to add soil prevention, atmosphere cleaning action and antibacterial and mildewproof function by decomposition of organic materials to the mortar finish. In the mortar finish engineering method, clear type photocatalyst paint containing titania particles of peroxo modification anatase type or rutile type is applied to the surface of mortar finish. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roofing material having a heat reflecting function by applying a heat insulating paint in a factory for manufacturing construction materials, to form a paint film in advance. SOLUTION: This heat insulating roofing material has the paint film formed of paint with an included coloring pigment composed of only a coloring pigment having 13% or more solar radiation reflectance specified in JIS A5759-1998, and 5-50 μm in paint film thickness formed of a clear paint or metallic color clear paint. The heat reflecting roofing material is coated by at least one kind of coater out of a roll coater, a shower coater, a curtain flow coater, an airless coater, an air spray coater, a decompression coater and a dipping vessel for dip coating and heated to dry by at least one kind of dryer out of a hot air drying furnace, a jet heater and a far-infrared drying furnace. A coating method for a cement base material comprising coating the cement base material with an undercoating prepared by the copolymerization of an acrylic emulsion monomer and 5-50 mass% CHMA, conducting high-temperature high-pressure aging, and after the completion of the aging, coating the cement base material with a finish coating material comprising a CHMA-copolymerized acrylic emulsion is provided.
