Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stock boiling over a cooking pan from flowing down to a top plate used as a mat for the cooking pan and staining a top plate, when cooking by an electromagnetic induction heating stove. SOLUTION: This mat is placed on the top plate of this electromagnetic induction heating stove to cook by electromagnetic induction heating with the cooking pan 13 paced on it. This mat is made of a woven fabric provided with countless bristles 2 on its surface formed by velvet weave of a carbon fabric. Heat generated from the cooking pan heated to a high temperature by electromagnetic induction heating is prevented from being transmitted to the top plate 11 by heat insulating action of an air layer formed by the air gap between the bristles 2, 2, and when stock boiling over the cooking pan 13 flows down to the mat, the stock is held between the bristles 2, 2 and does not flow out to the outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil for a printed-wiring board having a strong adhesive force with an insulating base material even though its surface is smooth. SOLUTION: The metal foil for the printed-wiring board has its surface roughness of one side 1a at least not more than 2.5 μm of Rz value regulated by the JIS B 0601-1994, and at least scattering Si oxide sites 2 are exposed on the one side 1a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily check whether a flaw is present on an aluminum body under a display in examining a packaging aluminum foil with the printed display. SOLUTION: According to the packaging aluminum foil, the display, such as characters or patterns, is printed on the surface of the aluminum foil body, using a printing ink containing a white pigment. According to the white pigment, the average grain diameter of the white pigment is 0.3 μm or smaller, and a white pigment body is coated with a synthetic resin film and is made of a rutile-type titanium dioxide. Hence the display, which is printed using the printing ink containing the above white pigment, has a superior infrared permeability. By emitting infrared rays on the aluminum foil with the printed display, therefore, whether a flaw is present on the aluminum foil body under the display can be easily checked. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy foil for obtaining an electrode foil for an electrolytic capacitor which has a high electrostatic capacity, high tensile strength and high folding strength. SOLUTION: Purity of aluminum alloy foil is not less than 99.3 wt. %. Comprising elements are Fe, Si, Cu, Ni, Ti, Mg, Zn and other inevitable impurity elements. Mg content is 0.01 to 0.14 mass % and Zn content is 0.012 mass % to 0.15 mass %. The comparatively large Mg or Zn content exceeds 0.06 mass %. The Fe content, the Mg content and/or the Zn content are related. When the Fe content is set to be X mass %, the Mg content to be Y mass % and the Zn content to be Z mass %, they satisfy a formula of -0.01+0.5X≤Y≤0.01+1.25X and/or -0.01+0.5X≤Z≤0.016+1.2X. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure plate cylinder that hardly has ink blurs at both ends of a printing part and that makes clear gravure printing possible. SOLUTION: In the gravure plate cylinder 1 having a printing part 11 with a cell 11a formed therein, a non-printing part 12 having a width W wider than the left/right reciprocation width L of a doctor blade 3 on both sides of the printing part 11 and having a cell 12a formed therein is provided. As a result, of the edges of the doctor blade 3, the edge 31a in contact with the printing part 11 of the gravure plate cylinder 1 can be made to wear roughly uniformly. Consequently, excess ink is uniformly removed in the cell 11a of the printing part 11 by the doctor blade 3, making the ink quantity adequate in each cell 11a of the printing part 11 before transferred onto a sheet S for application, thereby enabling clear printing to be performed on the sheet S free from blurs.
