Abstract: 본 고안은 절연층 및 패턴으로 이루어지는 기판을 적어도 둘 이상으로 적층시켜 구성되는 다층 인쇄회로기판에 있어서; 상기 절연층은 글래스-부직포 복합수지(CEM-3)로 이루어지고, 상기 기판 외측선단면은 선단도금부로 감싸게 형성하며, 상기 기판은 금형 펀칭(punching)으로 외형가공되는 글래스-부직포 복합수지를 사용하는 다층 인쇄회로기판에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 고안은 글래스-에폭시 수지(FR-4)에 비해 가격이 저렴한 원자재인 글래스-부직포 복합수지(CEM-3)를 사용하고, 외측선단면을 감싸는 선단도금부를 형성함으로써 저가의 원자재를 사용함에도 불구하고 종래의 글래스-에폭시 수지와 같은 수준의 기능을 제공하면서도 제조단가를 크게 낮출 수 있으며, 또한 제조단계에서 금형펀칭을 사용할 수 있어 제품생산성을 크게 높일 수 있어 생산효율이 크게 향상되는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: A streetlamp post is provided to install a streetlamp simply and strongly by connecting an upper post and a lower post using a first connector and a second connector, to prevent deformation and breakdown caused by welding heat by minimizing welding parts, and to have stiffness against external impacts. A streetlamp post comprises a hollow type upper post(10) attached with a lighting fixture at the top, a first connector(20) inserted and supported to an inside space of the upper post and provided with a thread(21) at the bottom, a second connector(30) provided with a housing hole(31) at the top to house the upper post fitted with the first connector, an incline(33) widened downward from the border of the housing hole to reinforce the bearing strength of the upper post, a hanging projection(35) and a housing(37) to be placed and fixed in the lower post strongly and a thread(39) to fasten with the thread of the first connector, and a lower post(40) fitted with the hanging projection of the second connector to house the housing of the second connector and fixed to a road surface.
