    Abstract: An electrostatic photographic copying apparatus comprising a frame member having a transparent plate on which to place an original to be copied, a rotatable photosensitive drum having an electrostatic photographic material on its periphery, an optical system for projecting an image of the original onto the surface of the photographic material, an image-forming zone disposed exteriorly of, and alongside, the periphery of said photosensitive drum for forming on said sensitive material an electrostatic latent image corresponding to the image of the original or a developed image corresponding to the latent image, a transfer zone for transferring said image to a transfer paper, and a transfer paper forwarding system for feeding the transfer paper on which the image has been transferred to a discharge end through a desired treating zone.
